Writing this as I sit in the restaurant. The server seems more interested in getting rid of us rather than serving us. Ordered entrees and a pitcher of Canadian and hoped to enjoy some time with my fiancé. It's now 11:55 and the server has basically forced me to pay my bill. She asked for last call at 11:48, printed my receipt at 11:49 and brought it to me as I was looking at the dessert menu, placed it on the table and said when you're ready. She then came back at 11:55 with the machine for debit and asked if I needed it. All of this while they claim to close at 1am? What a great way to shoo paying customers out the door. I guess that my fiancée distaste for BP wasn't unwarranted.

Today I took my four year old daughter out for dinner just the two of us. The staff at this location was exceptional. I am not one to write a good or bad review. If it's bad I won't go back. If it's a good experience then i will return. This on the other hand was such a positive experience I felt praise was due. We sat down, a pleasant waitress came almost immediately and put a smile on my daughters face, took our drink order and brought them immediately. After we placed our order another staff member comes to our table and performed magic tricks and created an intricate balloon animal for her. At this point we have been in the restaurant no more than 25 minutes. My daughter is in the best of moods ( dining with young kids is tough within itself). My life just got easier and our food was being brought to the table. The kid portions are generous. My steak (since it's not a steak house I had modest expectations) was surprisingly cooked perfectly and tasted great. After a long day I was only trying to get dinner over with quickly with the least amount of effort. In the short hour we were there our moods were elated and our bellies full. Kudos to the staff! To the waitress, the unexpected and surprising entertainer and even the assistant manager who made a successful effort to make us smile. Thank you! We will be back. I didn't think a chain restaurant would ever make the list for my best dining experiences.

The first time i came to this locating was to celebrate after finding out my wife was pregnant with my son. We ordered milkshakes only to find out the milk used was spoiled. If you can imagine how a spoiled bottle or milk jug looks and smells well than you can imagine this milkshake. I was pretty disgusted and so was the staff when they found out what we just tried. I thought hey they must not serve milkshakes very much. I decided to ignore this because i was still so happy about my son. After ordering my favorite baked Chipotle bacon penny i realized there was a damn hair in my garlic bread.. i had enough. It was so hard to ignore the fact that this place was disgusting. They wanted to charge me for the meal still after not finishing it. The server agreed that it was pretty gross but the manger played it off like it was no big deal and accidents happen. That was my first time at this location. The second time wasn't as bad but i ordered the beef dip and opened the sandwich lol u couldn't believe they only had one fricken slice of beef on there. Not only that but they forgot my wife ordered and didn't bring that out until a good 10 minutes after they served the first round of rubbish. Anyways i complained even though i don't like to because I'm afraid the ones who complain get spit In there food. The manger brings me a new beef dip which was actually pretty good but at the same time I'm worried they did something to it because i complained. So my experience at this location has been nothing but problems. I love Boston pizza but this specific location seriously hurts their reputation..

Seriously an 18% tip automatically added for groups of 8 or more. I guess next time we go elsewhere!!

Good service and weekdays it's always quiet on the bar side.
