Service was great. I feel the food quality is going down hill tho at bostston pizzas everywhere

I was let down. Though, the locals seem to find it accommodating. As it seemed by the number of people in the couple times I've stopped in. I always try to give a place a couple of shots before I review. So, long story short. Been here at least three times. The food is nothing to write home about. All seems prepackaged and franchise. The pizza I had was terrible the first time. Would never do it again. The second time was pasta special night. Needless to say nothing special about that pasta night. The third and last time I felt burdened. Service was pained when ask for assistance. The bartender walked around clueless and the cocktails that they featured were bland and over powering at best. I wasn't sure if she thought making my drink really strong would help the tip but, it just made for a very hard to enjoy drink. My verdict go somewhere else...

Great karaoke. Only twice a month. Good sound system and song selection. Books need updating.

Would have been a nice supper if all my leftovers would have ended up in the box to go. Ordered chicken parmesan and mashed potatoes, too much food for one sitting for myself so get it boxed to go and the waitress only packed the chicken no mashed potatoes but asked her to include the gravy for the potatoes so she did that. I didn't think I needed to include I wanted everything on my plate?

(Not Rating the lounge) How is it, that when I'm the only person in there at lunch time...my food still comes out cold after waiting 45 minutes?

Came in to watch the Oilers/Ducks Game& eat so supper after 14 hr shift. The Game is on, but no sound.. The 20 Ft screen is on the Oilers Game ,but another Time zone.. So the small Tv's are showing it in real time.. I thought this is a sports Bar?? Seconds after the Oilers win, the Waitresses turn off the Sound to Sportsnet to listen to their music section they chose... we were wanting to watch HNIC highlights.. Turn Down the music, lady..
