Nice vomit out front . Iv had hair in my food. . Right at the last bite I found it... I wanted to throw up. Server didn't care. So I didn't care to tip her.

I'm only giving this one star because you can't give less. I phoned for a take out order and after six minutes on hold I hung up. I foolishly drove to the restaurant anticipating service. When I arrived there were four young pleasant and smiling ladies who asked about my well being. One asked how she could help me and I said I'd like a take out order. She smiled and asked if I would for "a minute". I agreed. She went off somewhere and the other young ladies engaged with each other in conversation, ignoring me. I waited a further five minutes (foolish me) and when the first young lady still hadn't returned I left. Never again will I spend money in this place.

I got a delivery order which included a tropical chicken pizza. It came with no sauce or cheese. When I called and talked to a manager he asked if I had ordered a thin crust. I don't know why he asked this because I assume that a thin crust comes with sauce and cheese. Then without an apology he said he'd send another out. His attitude made me feel like he didn't believe me. But a more amazing thing is that a cook pulled this out of the oven and felt that it was ok to send. Very disappointed.

Location is good. We ate at the family reataurant area. It was a bit busy night but we were seated within 2 minutes. Food was served relatively fast, within 15-20 minutes. Mediocre food quality. We ordered burgers, pizza and beer and the tastes are not that good for the price, better to get dominos pizza or dine at denny's. Well the beer still tastes like beer. I gave this 3 stars for the staff effort in seating us and serving our orders relatively fast.

I had to knock off two stars from my last review. The serving staff is still predominantly very good! But the food has gone strangely down hill which is really disheartening. The pizza I got on the last two visits was almost stale. Like biting into a sponge it was so hard. They mixed cheddar cheese on top leaving this kind of bitter taste. The wings were ok, but seemed dry and overcooked on my last order, like it had been under a heat lamp for a long time. I really hope this changes next time I order from there, but it'll be a few months before I do again at the very least.

Love this place. I always come to see that sexy bartender, Josh. He also has a sexy car. It's almost a car meet when I get here with the black Supra, purple prelude, and the oily genisis. Get down here ad get your beer and car on!

Went there last night ordered calamari and the spinach salad. Salad was great!

Calamari awful- freezer burnt- dry-cold.

Not worth the price they charge for that appetizer- asked to get a new order of calamari (thinking that they would be different), we ended up getting the exact same dish we sent back (seemed to be microwaved).

On a positive side note for the calamari- it was taken off our bill and dip was delicious.

Food is good , the service is great. Good quite time on Sunday night.

There was a mixup with our delivery order, which resulted in our delivery being delayed, but Boston Pizza made it right. The manager personally called to apologized and rectified the situation to the point that I can confidently give a 4 star review and say they have retained our business. The delivery driver was super apologetic, courteous and polite, so all in all, we are still happy with BP.

Service is on and off. More often than not it's off. Food is good though.
