Boston Pizza

Fantastic service! We’ve been going to a local pub after work on Fridays for years and have seen a decline in the service and started getting annoyed by it. We rolled into Boston Pizza Fairview one night with about 15 people one Friday and we’re welcomed with open arms. We’ve since become friends with the staff and management and haven’t turned back. Melissa and Joey even organized a colouring contest after a long day of work to get our minds off it. We won’t be turning back anytime soon.

At this location the service was poor and meals came without requested changes made to them. Took 25 minutes to locate a server to get our bill at the end of the night.

Service was awesome! (esp as it was a busy night). Food was sub-par so I couldn't give a 5 rating My Dad wanted ribs for his 91st Birthday & wasn't overly impressed. The manager should concentrate on quality food and let the servers continue the great job they are doing!!

Came here to watch a fight, and the audio wasn't synced up with all the speakers. Couldn't hear anything! Come on this is supposed to be a sports bar?

Older review of Ordered a ceaser salad and the lettuce was wilted also not mixed well. The pizza was not thoroughly cooked and was limp

This location is in my experience usually not very busy. Even on $5 pizza night we were able to get a booth easily. Wait staff is fairly attentive and friendly. Food is what you'd expect from BPs.

Awesome service we go there every Wednesday for wings, and have the best waitress all the time.Cant remember her name but she's always friendly and gives.great service

Always good service and not too busy at lunch time, so I can get in and out in under an hour, which is great. I really like that they have a few lunch entrees at $10 each, so very affordable.

Nice and comfortable atmosphere. Good service and quality food. The food choices are standard North American comfort food, lacking any real imagination..Free meal deals for children add to the attraction.

We went there on pasta Tuesdays. They asked me if I I wanted it bake. I said sure. The food was really good but when it come to my bill I realized they charge extra for bake. This should be mentioned at the beginning.
I am visually-impaired so reading the menu is challenging enough.

The food was fantastic, steaks were cooked as asked. The service was the worst I've had anywhere in a long time. Had to wait for 20 minutes before I ended up having to usher a different server over, drink order was wrong, brought someone else's food, never came to ask how our meal was, no napkins, no HP sauce. The servers and managers were too busy chit chatting in the back area to tend to us customers, I will not be giving any more business to this particular BP location..
