Good food great service

Waiting forever for my meal but the drinks come quick my waitress forgot about me but she paid for a round of drinks for me so it was worth it food is excellent and the owners on Dragons Den one more thing you want

Terrible. I waited over an hour for food, and they gave me nothing for that. It's not that it's half an hour away, it is five blocks away from my house! I am warning you not to order from Boston Pizza delievery. When we called them again they said 15 minutes 20 minutes ago. On top of all that, the food was super expensive. 35 dollars for ONE PIZZA! I am so disappointed, it wasn't even that great!

Average. Kitchen staff often mess up requests for orders. Servers are very hit and miss. Most need a brush up on proper service skills.

One of my favourite places to go to crack a cold one with the boys. Most of the staff is are friendly and service is always good.

This is actually a NEGATIVE ONE as I cannot post without putting a star on here. I have been to other Boston Pizza locations that were awesome but this location, let's say I won't be back. When we came in, we were asked if we wanted to sit by the entrance seat. When I declined and asked to be seated further in, our waitress said no & seated us anyways. We should have just left at this point as things got worse. My daughter's ID was not checked when we ordered drinks. The menu was disgusting...dried on "food" on it. When the waitress took our order, my daughter received a dirty look for ordering the 1/2 size meal; when I asked for a meal without an ingredient, she asked "why, are you allergic?" (made me feel like you guys just pick out the stuff if not allergy related); was not even told if there was a daily special. Before leaving our table, the waitress was scratching herself...below. I wanted to leave but was told it might get better. Overcooked chicken, waiting forever for "lukewarm" water and attitude from 2 waitresses. When we asked for the bill, the waitress FINALLY stood by trying to chat but shot us a NASTY look when she realized we were not tipping for lack of respectable service. Was quite ill last night. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! One of the waitress name is Jenna K as per the bill.
