Very busy and loud. Food is mediocre but service is good and fast

Please note, this review is for online ordering, not this location specifically, but I can't review the website anywhere else. Online ordering is painful. It takes ages to load, tells me they don't deliver to my address in Sherwood Park until I click delivery multiple times and it eventually realizes it CAN deliver to Sherwood Park. Then each page takes an age to load before it decides I'm actually located in Ontario North Bay, changes the store, empties the cart and makes me start again. It's the longest and most frustrating online ordering experience available in Sherwood Park.

Great service. Great food. Family friendly

About as good as it gets. Was quite accommodating for for allergy issues.

Reasonable food but they no longer have the bacon wrapped steak bites. Waitresses are generally friendly and chatty. A nice place for a drink and quick bite.

The food is consistent and reasonably priced. The serving staff is usually friendly and it's quiet enough to be able to have a conversation if you're there with a crowd.

Always delicious, quality food. Lounge staff, for the most part, are excellent. A little on the expensive side.

Not entirely thrilled with our experience here. The lunch menu seemed to be a little lacking; not a lot of choices and it would have been appreciative to be able to choose from the whole menu.
Food did come fairly fast though portions seemed smaller than most Boston Pizza's I've been too. Especially for the kids ice cream. Nothing like the photos in the menu and no whip cream. I love Boston pizza normally but this one didn't win me over.
Our server did an ok job but nothing exceptional.
The restaurant was freezing cold too.
