Usually fast service and pretty good food. Could be faster sometimes, but not a big deal, food is always good.

Boston Pizza Corporate, I hope you read this!!

I went in today to have a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. After looking through the two menus I was given, I went with the $16.99 chipotle chicken club. For that kinda price in this style of establishment, it’s going to be great! Nope.... it was just okay.......

Here’s why I am mad/disappointed. When I received my bill, the sandwich was now $20.99!!! I politely asked why, and the sever said the potato chips were extra. I mentioned that the potato chips are pictured in the menu with the sandwich! He told me I should have read the fine print because that is where it states the chips in the picture costs extra.

To sum it up. I will never go back. Paying $21.00 for a chicken club sandwich is absolutely absurd. Corporate, get your act together and stop ripping people off.

Server was quick and friendly. Food at lunch is very fairly priced and actually really good at this location!

I ordered a Mediterranean salad with a chicken breast. It came, without Kalamata olives and without feta. I sent it back. The same salad came back with soggy lettuce and a room-temperature chicken breast still on it. I sent it back. Finally on the third attempt I got a crisp-lettuce salad, a warm chicken breast, and all of the correct toppings. I will not be returning here.

The waiter here brought me my drink but never came back to take my order. Got up and left. Offered to pay for my drink but the waitress said don't worry and apologized. She was really nice and apologetic but I'll probably never come back to this location. This is the 4th or 5th bad experience I've had with these guys. Would not recommend this location. Disappointing because I work close to this location and like to visit once every 2 weeks. :(

I've been here a couple times and on both occasions I was disappointed. The staff are friendly and courteous, however the food was severely lacking. On my most recent visit I had the MVB burger, my usual at any BP's. When it arrived I noticed that it was sliding, or practically falling off the bottom half of the bun. The lettuce leaf was twice the size of the entire burger, making it difficult to bite into, not to mention when I picked it up all of the toppings were sliding, if not already out of the bun, making it messy and difficult to eat. The portion of fries seemed lacking, and the bottom bun was soggy and gross, making me guess it had been sitting there awhile before it was served. It was lukewarm as well, furthering my suspicions. And to top it all off, when our waiter came to check on us, he asked if everything was "nice and warm" indicating to me that it had been sitting out for some time. By far the worst BP's I've been to, which is surprising considering this is located where the corporate office is.

Terry S bartender had the shittiest attitude I've ever encountered in m dining experience at a Boston Pizza and believe there have been many at any BPs. Like I don't know if shooting dirty looks from across the room helped with your tip but I didn't feel ar ease. Go find a different job digging ditches. Ass wipe

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Boston Pizza for supper tonight. We arrived just shortly after 4:30 and could tell that it was pretty quiet in the restaurant. First the host had to go and check tables which a little odd considering how early it was but didn't think much of it. It was nice and quiet, typical Sunday suppertime. We didn't have to raise our voices at all to be heard. Then after we ordered our food, it all went downhill. In comes this big tour bus full of annoyingly loud high school students. There was probably 40 or so of them. Originally we were under the impression it would be a decently quiet night until later on when the hockey game started. The restaurant went from maybe 5 tables to being completely full in a matter of minutes. We could hardly hear each other even leaning across our table. We ordered Thai chicken bites for an appetizer which were pretty good. For our entrees we ended up asking for it to go because of the noise. My boyfriend got the 7 cheese ravioli in an Alfredo sauce with chicken and I ordered the roasted peach and beet salad with chicken as well as a drink. We had decided to go to Boston pizza because they're usually decently priced but for the amount we paid and terrible atmosphere, we would have been better off going to a more high end restaurant. It would have been nice if the hosts had warned us ahead of time that there was a very large group coming in so we could either choose somewhere else to go or move to the lounge. The extra chicken we ordered ended up being a measly three pieces which wasn't enough considering how much salad I had. Overall, disappointed.

Food was great, and staff were nice enough to give us a reserved table. However, service in the lounge was not great. Server took forever to come to us and did not bother to check up on us. We asked for a couple more minutes to decide on food and she did not return after 45 min. Took multiple attempts to wave her down.
