Boston Pizza

Staff was quite good. Attentive and kind. They were quite accommodating for my kids.

Soooooo slow. I arrived 45 min ago, ordered my food 35 minutes ago. They kept saying they were boiling water for tea, which took 20 min to come out. You can use the microwave for hot water you know. Pizza bread came out 15 minutes ago and we finished that already. Food just came as I wrote this.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BOSTON PIZZA EVER AGAIN!!!!
I Will NEVER eat or order food from this place. My Son got FOOD POISONING 3× at this location. The manager did not care. The one manager said that she was only responsible for the lounge, the other one said that she was only responsible for the front , the next one said that she was responsible for the kitchen, but they were not going to do anything about my Son's food poisoning. They said the only thing they can so is give him a discount on his next pizza. Needless to say it is still not claimed.
I ordered a Caesar salad that day . What A joke. The Salad Was FROZEN. told the staff and they just laughed at me. The one manager said she would get me another and that one was frozen also

This Boston pizza is a not one of the nicest locations Southside but decent. The restaurant is not very large compared to other locations, although the lounge is. The service is attentive, but not as fast as it should be give how many people were on the restaurant. I will say that it is notusually a busy location and is quit which I like. Overall pretty good and of you want to go to a plan e where you think you won't have to wait long this is a good place for you.

I've been coming here for 8 years. The staff are consistent, personable, and relatable. Still waiting on a roof top patio, but that's just my own inside joke with the staff.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff who brought me back to the take out window to order my take-out. The young man serving me at the back was polite, efficient and provided excellent customer service. I payed attention as everyone buzzed around working diligently and only observed great work! I got my correct order promptly and walked out where another staff was doing the cutlery and made a point of engaging with me to tell me to have a good night! A very refreshing experience, great food and customer service that I felt shouldn't go unrecognized.

Gotta be honest I am here on a Saturday night at 7 p.m. and I am looking at 5 waitresses all talking and having fun around one table while I see one mail handling the whole floor. Maybe he needs a raise

Just ate their Tuscan pizza, it was absolutely delicious! The crust was crispy and not too thick! Yum!
