The first visit to this location was a horrible experience, however, after an invite back from the GM, our second experience was next to none! From the servers to Management and the GM we were more than impressed and glad to see things can always be bettered! Therefore... next Oilers game there will be atleast 8 of us hanging out for a good time and hopefully a win!

The food is always consistent. Staff are always very friendly and the restaurant is clean. Service can be a bit slow or get mixed up at times, but they are very good about correcting the issues.

Good food at a good price...wing night is my favourite! The specials are the best way to enjoy this restaurant. Be prepared for a busy place and lots of kids. Take out is an option.

Food was great, service was amazing, and menu was diverse enough for everyone. Our waitress was quick with drink refills, sympathetic to order changes, and had a great sense of humor. This is one of the great BP's.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had from a restaurant. Was a 1 hour wait for quesadilla and a salad. With them getting the salad order wrong twice. This was after being left mid order so the waiter could go take care of another table. And then to top it all off the other parents who go to this establishment don't know how to take care of their children leaving you with Crayons being thrown into your food from other tables.

The menu's are grimy, no care at all for the establishment and the customers. Honestly go here at your own risk. The food is way over priced for it's quality and service.

Dear Boston Pizza,

I recently decided to dine at your fine establishment in the Hamptons neighbourhood. After finding my seat and taking a gander at the menu I had set my mind on the kids burgers. I must say they were quite the treat, so much so that I opted for seconds. After paying for my meal I headed home and had the idea to look at the ingredient list for the burgers, to my dismay and disappointment they did not contain children.

I have had pizza with baked plastic stuck to the crust but today pasta Tuesday was overcharged for my plate it was not $11.99 and $7.00 extra for cheese and the waitress did not correct the amount charged the manager only gave me $9.00 off when i thought i was saving $30... Charged only $3 instead of $7 per plate for cheese and full price on my pasta ... The manager explained most people that go there know what they are ordering! Wow great deal..not.

Great nachos! I have never had a bad meal here. Pasta Tuesdays is awesome. There are several beers on tap and the patio is terrific.
