Loved the food. Waitresses were courteous. Hot fast great food. And I had fun.

Been coming here for a while now, Jen is a riot. She's always on the go, she knows my drink and my friends as well.
Always a smile on her face. The rest of the staff are pleasant and down to earth. Always there to help, always their to listen to a terrible joke.

Food was very good. The whole experience was made by our waitress. She was par none is why I will return again

We entered the pub and there were Oilers and Eskimos games going on. There was a large group of people in the middle of the pub with joined tables. We sat down at one of the side tables and waited for a server. While waiting we saw all the servers were focused on the joined tables. After 20 minutes of waiting, no servers came to take our orders. We decided to go to the restaurant instead. There we were provided with a table and excellent service. In the future I would suggest that the pub staff pay attention to all customers in the pub no matter if there is a large group or not.

Usually great service but when I went 2 days ago the entire staff was just lazy and forgetful. The hostess was hiding in the back and our server had 2 tables to deal with but would go chat with her friends instead of bringing us the things we asked for and when she brought a to go container she forgot my daughter's cookie, which we only settled on because we knew a sundae would probably take 45 minutes with the speed this woman was working.

The staff were very quick and polite right from the start. The food was brought quick and hot.

Usually pretty busy on the weekends. When I first moved to Edmonton my girlfriend and I would come here once a week for a bite to eat. It's gone way downhill but that's because of corporates changes to the menu. Calamari would blow places like Original Joe's out of the water but it was removed. Stop taking stuff off the menu and you'll retain customers instead of forcing them to go other places like I have.

The food is pretty good, but not really customization. This isn't they type of restaurant that prepares everything themselves. I think a lot of it is just reheated and served. I think this is true of all Boston Pizza's.

Staff are relatively friendly, somewhat speedy service, and the food is good. Pasta Tuesdays are great, as well as wing Wednesday. Just a nice place to go for a quick bite and enjoy the game.
