Slow service. Loud environment. $20 salads that get smaller with every visit. Jumbalaya fettuchini is now over $21 roughly 33%. Smaller. The chicken pican salad has also dropped 33% in size. Waitress was frendly though.

Hostess quoted a half hour for a party of seven. 50 minutes later we asked how much longer it would be, hostess had an attitude, and said the table they were waiting on was still seated. I looked over and saw that they were still eating. She didn't say it would be at least another 20 minutes. Asked for a manager, who took another five minutes to come out to see us. She apologized and offered nothing for compensation. Overall we wasted an hour of our time there, and the service was bad. Never going there again.

Very disappointed in service. Sat there for 50 minutes waiting to be seated (was told 30 mins) and they said it would be at least another 20 mins when asked what was going on. Only ones waiting to eat.

No attempt to make the situation better, just a sorry. Can honestly say after this experience, I'm not eating there ever again.

Our server Landon? Was awesome. Very attentive, polite and good with my grandson. Never let us have an empty plate in front of us and even brought refills before we asked. I was very impressed with his service. Food was good as well but the service was above expectation.

Good place as usual.Google Maps wanted to take me across town to the other location for some reason.

I find that the restaurant itself has a very appealing physical appearance, staff was great when it came to serving and the food was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in going out for supper

Great staff great service and great food

Food was the good ole BP scoop and serve that they are known for . Waitress had these scary looking drawn on eyebrows ,the kind that make you wonder why she's so surprised all the time. Some lady was outside smoking and called me handsome when I held the door for her so that's a win !

Usual good food. This restaurant is a little too crowded for a wheelchair to move freely. Access for wheelchairs is somewhat difficult. Consider improve signage and space for parking vehicles with disabled placard . Service was good and the deep dish apple pie gave me a stomach ache...It was so good I ate too much!
