Boston Pizza

Average food. Service was good. Dam expensive.

Totally disappointed with online ordering. There was a deal, buy a pizza get the other half off...just one pizza came. The wings were cold...fettuccine mediocre. The deal glitched out I assume.... Contacted the manager Megan, she told me she doesn't make the website, obviously no reassurance that it would be corrected. Anyway, not enough pizza to feed everyone! First and last time I order from Boston online...or at all actually.

Awesome place to visit with family as well as friends. Something for everyone.

Over all experience was satisfactory, serving needs to improved, tried new dish hummus with veggie with hummus was not even close to original taste

This is the worst BPs I have been to and I have been to a lot around alberta. I have been here three times and every time was bad. A few co-workers and I went in yesterday and literally every table was uncleared (It wasn't that busy in there). We stay at the Stonebridge for work (across the street from this BPs) and now I drive to the other BPs in Grand Prairie much better.

Food and service were both okay, good place for a family meal, I found the prices here were considerably more expensive than many Boston pizzas I've eaten at.

Ordered lasagna
Took about 30 minutes to arrive.
Good no complaints with the lasagna.
Utensils were dirty.

Just terrible. Walked in and it was filthy. Floors were covered in food. Tables were sticky. Weren't even given utensils or napkins. It took 20 minutes of waiting before we decided to leave. As soon as were leaving the waiter finally came up with our drinks.... after walking past our table several times talking to other customers with a mouth full of food. First and DEFINITELY LAST time I step foot near there

I love the food, but they can't ever get my order right, I create my own pizza's and I have never gotten a delivery or a take out order right. I've written their customer service department and not been contacted. So just be warned they really don't care about accuracy of your order at this location. I can only imagine if I were in the restaurant I could ask for the correct order but with limited time I will be taking my business to other places.

I have had multiple orders for delivery messed up. The last one I called in and at least offered me a credit for what was incorrect. I used to work at Boston Pizza myself in the past and it isn't that hard to read special instructions. I think half the battle is that they redirect you to a call centre instead of talking to someone in store. Food typically tastes good, just a lot of issues with special instructions.

Good service. Fast as well to get our food. Their kids menu and kids card promo is a great deal. Would go back again.

food was oversalty, however decent food as well as service. make sure you dont have high blood pressure before tasting their french onion soup
