Our entrees were delivered before out appetizer. Sent food back. Still waiting for the appetizer.

Why can't BP's get their stuff together in regards to their terrible service? Went in the other night with my hubs and we almost walked out. Maraciously the server came over in time just as were we're calculating how much our beers were to leave. We've had issues with this same server Everytime we've come in. She's super slow (when it's not even busy in the bar), checks on other people around us but doesn't ask if we want anything, seems to not really enjoy her job. She works on the bar side. If it was busy, I'd understand because I'm in the industry as well.
As for the food, it's either the same quality or worse. Pasta is constantly overcooked, veggies for entree's taste like they come straight out of bag out of the freezer, and the quality of lettuce for salads almost always has brown pieces or slimey wilted pieces.

The male bartender however was very pleasant and kind when he noticed our server was vacant. And the beer was cold. This is the only reason why they even get 2 stars in my books. I'll only be returning for the beer, but if I get the same server.. I will transfer to another section. Tips are earned, not deserved.

Great lunch spot. Nice and new and welcoming. Good and well prepared meals and pizza as expected.

The service was really slow when we went in for lunch, if you asked for a water it might show up, or might not. The food was really good, and quick to get to us. The music was far too loud though.

Went late with my boyfriend, we were obviously looking to get some drinks and have a fun night, I asked for a sec on my drink order and they didn't come back. 20 minutes later we got the attention of the bartender and asked for a drink. I watched as the staff stood at the bar talking and joking around for 15 minutes until someone finally decided to start making my drink. The staff were not friendly and did not care about my business. I walked to the bathroom and there was garbage on the floors and many uncleared dirty tables. I was extremely unhappy with the service, and as someone who works in the service industry, I understand that sometimes it's busy, but this was unnecessary and just a sign of a poor staff and management. Would not recommend. Go to Brown's down the road!!!

Quick table service even though it was quite busy. Beer was shockingly cold! Jambalaya pasta was excellent. Atmosphere could use some work...too noisy and open.

I was waiting to be seated and couldnt help hearing a very nasty woman berating the lady at the front till about an order that wasnt quite right. The red haired woman was poisonous with her words, yet the lady at the till remained composed and respectful.
I found out her name is Cristy Malcolm. Good job Cristy, I hope I can learn how to be as patient and composed as you.
And, that woman didn't even know what she had ordered. She was just being a garbage truck looking to unload. I'm sorry you had to put up with that.

Decent food good pizza service needs to improve attention to detail missing

Like some other Boston Pizzas this one has the Bar completely separated from the actual restaurant. Both places are just like any other Boston pizza, but this one is a little dated and I know is going to be renovated soon if it hasn't already. The staff is very nice and they keep the place nice and clean.

Great renos! Great Service! Manager, Nick is so friendly and made us feel at home. Food was exactly what I expect from BPs. The new TVs are amazing. Watching the next hockey game here.

Can't go wrong with BP. Get a schooner, you know you want to. Also Boston Brutes amazing.
