Boston Pizza

I placed an order for pick up (wings, Boston pizza bread with cheese and meat sauce, and cheesecake) now expecting the cheesecake to be at least double the size for 8$ a slice and only found a sliver of that.. I could of bought a whole one for 10$ so I called to find out where the other half was.. Couldn't do anything about it..suggested they lower the price for such a small slice, that was it.. Hung up right convo finished... Then I go open the cup for meat sauce and it was only half way filled, so I called back to complain asked them to make it right by at least crediting my account 10$ - had to pick up my own food, gave a 5 tip just to be giving around Christmas and then I come home to eat and this is what I find.. Check out the photos.. Wouldn't- I'd say couldn't but they can!! Wouldn't even credit me that only the 3$ for the sauce after he suggested he'd send another sauce like no I don't want it after you spit or do something to it.. Because Im a dissatisfied customer.. Make it right!! I go there quite often and almost always have good service but when a paying customer complains because their food wasn't what they expected for what they paid and then half filled cup.. Customers always right,, right!! Never will I spend my money there again.. And I suggest you go to a different location!!!

Very lousy service. Ordered Gluten free pizza to go, they never mentioned it just comes with just 2 small pieces. Once got home called them, manager had no remorse. He's answer was that's the way it is. I don't care if they only serve 2 pieces but atleast tell the customer regarding that.
My 7 years old kid was left hungry and had to somewhere else instead of This BOSTON PIZZA.

Ordered delivery and usually love the lasagna at Boston pizza but this one was brutal. No cheese and no meat in it. Ordered and paid for a side of gravy and did not receive. Litterly seems like they put 0 effort in. 1/10

Ordered bandera pizza bread and a ceaser salad. Stayed in a hotel not far from the location. Shows up with no cutlery and the pizza bread hard as a rock and cold. Lesson learned.

Annoyed when they decided to seat a man who arrived after my girl and me. Just because I wasn't wearing a suit? Kids menu is great and really appreciate their kids eat free card. Adult menu lacks variety.

A bit pricey if you're looking for a quick eat, but food and customer service is excellent.

Food was decent, though the Caesar seemed a little over dressed to me. Your tastes may vary. The lunch specials seem like a reasonable deal.

Food was delicious. The restaurant wasn't clean. It was rather dirty and nasty down below the table. If you looked, it could make you queasy. The one waitress did good, but she was spread out among too many tables so we couldn't get good service. The food made up for it though. Amazing food.

Boston Pizza has splendid, fresh tasting food, a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, and polite, pleasant staff who make you feel comfortable, happy that you chose Pizza Hut to bring a friend or family member to. A great feature are the television sets mounted on the walls that allow you to watch live hockey games as you enjoy your meal. Great food place I would highly recommend.

Great food and atmosphere. We were seated quickly and our server was super friendly and didn't hover. Only down us the restaurant is kinda crowded and squishy

Great service and got our food fast.they evan rushed the food for the kids at the table so they could eat first.much appreciated
