Boston Pizza

It was okay, my daughters pizza tasted like it was reheated and the calamari was very bland. They seemed under staff thus the service was pretty slow. On the other hand I enjoyed my food, spicy chicken and during the times the waitress was around she was very pleasant.

Terribly experience for my daughters birthday dinner. Took my husbands pizza never even asked to box up the extra, two kids meal never asked for dessert options. Waited over 20 min for bill finally went to front and paid cash

Food was good! The front of the restaurant is very noisy due to children and being in the food hall, but in the lounge it was much more quiet. Downsides were there were a few flies flying around. The restaurant looked clean so it may have been they had had a door open. Our server Joanne was rather rude and forgot a drink, which another server got for us after we asked him. We were helped by Isreal at the end of our meal, after Joanne left us with no bags to carry our leftovers in. Would come here again, as the kitchen did a great job, but maybe not for a while.

Atmosphere very loud, cold and service didn't seem to care that we were there. Took a long time for our food order to be taken, only to be told later that they couldn't be made due to lack of stock and we had to have something else, no compensation offered whatsoever. Not even drinks. Staff looked bored.

Food was okay though, nothing special. Only thing that made it get a 3 star which is lucky. Wanted to give a two. Disappointed.

I rarely go because of the pricing, however, tonight I broke down and finally dropped in after work to grab their Chicken Caesar Salad. A generous portion with lots of bacon bits, fresh lettuce and extra caesar dressing. The chicken was warm and the salad was excellent. Boston Pizza certainly has the right recipe for making a Chicken Caesar, although it is $15, which is fairly standard pricing for a restaurant. Even though it was a Friday evening after the mall was closed, they still remain open for another 2 hours, and were fairly busy when I walked in. However, it was still very attentive and prompt service, I will certainly be returning here again to enjoy another salad in the future.

We went there with our kids for lunch. Bad experience!!!! But food was good but server was really roude.

My kids went for birthday party here. And they didn't like the spaghetti, hardly have sauce looks like your eating boiled pasta.

I have been to many different locations but this one was the worse. The server was rude, the food looked soo unapatizing and I ordered a mojito and hen I got it the glass was super dirty. It looked like they poured someone leftover in to my cup. Overall I could just tell the waiter wanted us to leave even though we were only there for 30 mins

The service was very good, but I was quite disappointed with the food. I have found Boston Pizza to be a reliable place to go to please everyone especially if you're unsure of peoples' food preferences. It has something for everyone at a reasonable cost. Yesterday however the food we were served was disappointing. The lasagne was a plate of noodles with a very basic sauce with little meat in it. The spinach salad with shrimp had 2 nice skewers of shrimp with it, but the toppings for the salad were sadly lacking. I hope that Boston Pizza has not decided to cut back to save money.
