Boston Pizza

The calamari and the cactus cut potatoes were lovely as always. My partner’s salmon was dry, but not terrible. Staff was very friendly

I've been to better boston pizzas ; food quality is much lower compare to other ones. The bathroom was very dirty as well.

The food we got was excellent and the waitress was wonderful. I enjoyed it very much!

Worst service and restaurants in Banff .Have mentioned this to everyone at school and family members in Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Alberta. Manger and owner have told us that they would get back to us ..

Pretty lackluster food followed by lackluster service. Took twenty minutes to be checked on, asked for a water refill and the server just brought me a pitcher and said I could pour it myself. Sorry, for a $20 pizza, that's not the kind of service I expect.

Good food. Quick service. We ate around 2pm on a Friday so the place was not packed. Food tastes good especially the honey mustard wings!

The staff is great. The food came quickly and tasted awesome. I've been a couple times and love it. The manager even stopped by to say hello

I've been to many Boston Pizza's because it has a huge menu and we can all get something we want. Banff location was especially fun because our waitress was from Australia and was very engaging. Our food was typical BP and the service was fast. Good for a town full of stuffy high end restaurants. This is for kids!

The worst Boston Pizza experience that we've ever had. The server was extremely rude and condescending. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked and didn't have enough sauce. When we asked for more sauce, she charged us extra. The sprite also had a moldy taste. When we asked if we could have root beer instead, she came back with the same drink with a lime on top. Luckily the manager was nice and he got rid of our extra charges for the sauce and got rid of the charges for the drinks. Two stars instead of one just because of the manager.

Our families are very big fans of the Boston Pizza franchise. This location we have visited twice and instead of being a flagship of the franchise it is actually quite the opposite. Understandably it is hard to find good staff in Banff but the only positive was that the Manager and our Server were excellent. Everything else was not great. Will not return to this location when in Banff but recommend going to BPs in another location.
