Boston Pizza

Love Boston Pizza, this store had below average service. They had postcards of Stella beer in stella glasses on their tables, so we ordered 2 pints of Stella’s. What we got was Stella in bottles, just not the same. When asked why they have the postcards but not the beer the waitress said they have never had it.

I have been to 20 Boston pizza’s in western Canada and they all have had Stella on Tap.

Food was good, atmosphere okay.

Sun standard service and food. found hair in our food and the waitress can barely remember drink orders. Get better service would bring in people maybe better managers.......

French Onion soup was tasty but almost cheeseless (manager did comp us however). Pizza was tasty but $40, not worth that price tag. Chicago deep Dish way bigger and tastier. Beer specials were just 3 domestic ontaps, nothing at all crafty or outside of the bland. Nothing special. Staff friendly but Jamieson's Pub in Calgary worth the drive past.

So disappointed with this place. We went in on a deal Monday ($5 individual pizzas) and entered to find the place a mess. We got seated to order our drinks and food, 5 pizzas with an appetizer, only to have the pizzas come out first. Our server was almost never at our table, not bringing the jug of water or the manager after saying she would bring both. The restaurant was pretty well empty when we arrived and was a mess from an obvious rush. Our section was only cleaned after about 30 minutes of us waiting there. Where’s the manager to direct their staff? And to ensure the clients are satisfied. It kills me to give no tip, but what am I tipping for? Service, which was sadly not our servers forte. I can’t recommend this place.

Slowest service I've ever had.
I'm sitting here now and waited an hour for our appetizer. (Waitress forgot it and had to ask kitchen for a rush....we are beside the kitchen)
Then she tried to take all the plates off our table and we said we have food coming...once again she had to approach the kitchen.
Never coming to this location again.
Don't waste your time.

You mess up my order tell me to come back. I come back sit down with my family wait 15 minutes not even my drink order is taken. Four dirty tables around me with people's dishes still on them. We leave... I called to complain and bring these issues to the owner's attention. The owner offers me a $50 gift card to come back on her. Gift card never arrives. I called to complain and was told to come down that day or the next day to get a free meal. I decided to not go back and never will. I'm not the only one who would write this exact review for this location.

Food was decent. The non alcoholic quenchers are good. Service, food, and table wait time are slow. Be prepared to spend longer here than anticipated.

It's OK. Service is good. Portions are good. It's BPs.

We ordered the starter lineup. For an appetizer it took a little while to get out, about the time an entree would have. Our drinks were quick and good. The brightest point of the whole evening was Ty, our waiter. His demeanor was so friendly and upbeat that it was a great experience all around.

Are quick lunch menu items took 30 mins to arrive from placing are order. Then they brought out packets of ketchup for our fries stating that they ran out of ketchup from the previous day. Kinda a joke when it was 230pm and they havnt restocked

Not bad service but terrible food. I ordered the 8oz steak sandwich. It was maybe a 5oz. Compared to other Boston Pizzas, such as Lacombe, Red Deer, or St.Albert very low quality and quantity of food for their prices!
