They put on our hockey game Waitress was very friendly. Food was very good and half of wine was a surprise. Will go back for sure.

Our server was fabulous. Nachos were great. 16 wings are considered a box of wings at 32.99....I dunno. 7 ribs in an order. But did not look like ribs. More lettuce n red pepper took over the plate. Our bill was over $300. Plus tip. Plus the other 6 ppl tbeir bill was over 250. They had other food that was left on the table. Maybe on game nights. You neef extra food ordered for supply. Plus extra cooks.

Next game night our table of 12 will be at another Bp's. Management should have reduced our tab for the wasted inedible food. Dont compromise. Dont overcharge for less food.

We ordered three New York steaks and they were lukewarm when they came out the steamed vegetables where not fully steamed it was like eating raw vegetables. I expected better from Boston Pizza.

Strike three, you’re out. Don’t know what is wrong with the kitchen at this location, but they can’t comprehend that an appetizer comes out BEFORE the meal, not at the same time. This particular location can also be horrible with service. Time to hire competent staff.

I was very excited to get the heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. However, service was beyond awful. When I ordered on the phone the man who answered was very rude - they couldn't tell me when the pizza would be ready, "around 30-45 minutes", and said they were too busy to give a more accurate time. That makes it tough for pick up! My husband went to pick it up and again terrible service, very rude. When he finally got it home and we opened the boxes the crust was very dark brown, verging on black. It tasted horrible, definitely not worth the $45 we paid for 2 small pizzas. Won't be going back.

Worst service EVER -should have realized it when the hostess dropped us off at our table and then walked away from our table still talking about the specials and who our waitress would be - not sure what it was as she was in a hurry to get back to the empty lobby / recpetion area ... should have been the first warning sign- waitress took our order never came back - served another table who were seated 10 minutes after us of 5 people - we ordered pizza and baked ravoli - they brought the other tables food which included pizza and pasta and we waited and waited 45 minutes after our order was taken I went to get a manager - she asked what was wrong and then she left and never came back, the manager sent the original waitress back - the waitress came by and said your food was inputed not too sure whats going on with it should be out shortly . then proceeded to try an walk away to take a bill to another table. ..... Poor form on the manager - and the waitress no one really seemed to care whether or not we were being take care of.

We went there for pasta Tuesday as we were in the area and our family loves Boston pizza. We inquired about the Oiler game special that they were promoting but found it was for the lounge only which was unfortunate. We asked to speak to a manager as we were a large group with children and obviously can’t go in the lounge. We were also confused as the game day specials at other locations are offered on both sides of the restaurant. While we were waiting for the manager we placed our orders for food and opting to stick with waters till the drink specials could be confirmed. 45 min or so passed and we noticed others receiving their orders even tables that came in after us. Then one small pizza came out for my mother-in-law, 5 more min past and 2 cold pastas came out, then 5 more min for some warm salads, and last the kids meals. The food quality was beyond poor and again we asked to speak to a manger, none came. If your craving BP’s do yourself a favour and go to South Common or Windermere this location is horrible. Hopefully BP Corporate takes notice as this place tarnishes the BP brand.

We heard there was a discount being a fort mac evacuee. Took my family there and not the case. The waitress was less than friendly to say the least we felt very unwelcome. When she gave us the bill she told us we had to tip 15% automatically added to the bill because there was 8 of us even though there was 6. It's been a very tough last 4 days for our family, first trip to a restaurant since leaving fort mac and very regrettable. And we did talk to the manager that only added to our frustration.so if BP cares about fort mac evacuees we're not feeling it! Not at all!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Half way through our meal we asked for a jug of water since thats what the majority of the table was drinking. Topped up a glass and it tasted awful. After tasting and smelling this jug of "water" we discovered that it was not water at all. We were served a jug of CLEANING VINEGAR. My 9 year old niece and the rest of my family had drank cleaning vinegar. We told the server about it and she took it away but smelled it first. She also confirmed that it was vinegar. We ended up speaking to the manager who was less than apologetic. He basically told us that there was no way that there was vinegar in our water. He kept shrugging his shoulders and did not seem to care about what we just experienced. He might as well have called us all liars. No apology, no discount. Nothing. There was 9 adults at our table that all tasted it and said it was cleaning vinegar plus the server agreed with us. After spending almost $300 there why would 9 adults complain about something that was free. Unbelievable.

Our delivery order was changed without us being notified and when delivered no discount or explanation on why a substitution was made with out asking us. Also two parts of the kids meal (dessert and drink) were not delivered and driver said he would be back with them and never returned. Can't be impressed with that.

Our children decided we should dine at your restaurant yesterday to celebrate my fiancé’s new job. After walking through the front door and seeing the girl at the front desk make eye contact with us and turn and walk away (leaving us standing there for five minutes before anyone came to seat us),we figured we would still give it a try. We were given menus and everyone chose what they wanted. When our server returned and asked if we were ready, we said yes. My 11 year old daughter (who has a cognitive delay) was practicing reading her menu to place her order and apparently was taking to long to get her words out, because our server rudely said “awe, I can come back if you need more time” RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DAUGHTER READING WHAT SHE WANTED.” Our experience from that moment on was ruined. We ate, did not order dessert, paid our bill and left. Maybe a class in etiquette and empathy is needed for your employees:(
