The staff is very friendly and helpful! One of my favourite Boston Pizzas in Red Deer due to the large windows! Feels open and welcoming!

My girlfriend and I ate here tonight, it was a very busy night and the the servers were visibly busy, however the service was amazing, and the food even more so. Our server Gabriel made a point of making his guests laugh and enjoy their time while they were here. I will definitely recommend coming here, especially if you're in the area, and we will be back!!

Went here for the first time today and service was soo slow and unorganized. Just seems they couldn't get it together when they only had 7 tables.

We went for Father's day. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to set up a ta table for 8 of us. Got in the restaurant and lots of empty tables. Our appetizers finally came and then so did the main meal - never finished the appetizers. Had to send back the steak - overcooked. They started bringing our main meal out - took 20 minutes before we all had our food. Brought the gravy out last - so too late as the need was eaten already. Not going there again. Been disappointed too any times

I was disappointed with the food since I ordered food I've had many times at bps. The salt and pepper wings didn't taste like they usually do. Had steak sandwich and it was tough and the onions and mushrooms looked like they had been sitting in a warmer for too long. Only reason I gave a 3 was the service was ok.

Wasn't overly impressed with the quality of service. Was not offered refills on our drinks. Food seemed to be prepared in a rush. The servers were friendly but spent a majority of the time mopping and sweeping around the tables while patrons were eating. My opinion is that should have waited until close and not 8pm on a saturday evening. Wasn't the quality of service i received at the North location. Not even close!

Terrible! Slow incompetent service and overcooked food. Manager could care less about keeping her customers happy, especially the ones paying $$$ drinking alcohol with their meals. What a joke, this is the first and last time at this location

Service is terrible, 30 minutes and still no food. Of course it took the waitress 15 minutes to notice us. Oh well, saves me a tip.

No host/hostess when we came in. Lounge servers were rude. Restaurant server was too quiet, hard to understand, and we had to repeat ourselves to her numerous times. Service was slow, no follow-up on drinks or food service. Food was iffy, taste was off. Again, server didn't follow-up after we started eating. Oh, and the washrooms were terrible. Filthy, sticky floors, over flowing garbage. But couldn't let any staff know because we couldn't find anyone. I'm sorry to say that we did not tip (which is odd for me, because I always tip). We paid a lot for a sub-standard evening.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful meal we had at the Boston Pizza in Innisfail this evening since we were turned away from your establishment before 7 this evening.

Can't even get service, ended up leaving. Go in and sit down in the lounge, only to have the bartender completely ignore us. Guess he had some important texts to send instead of working. This was the second time, same bartender playing on his phone the first time we went too. At least then there was a waitress working.
