Tonight was different than most nights, felt bad for showing up on my pjs, but when you’ve got a killer headache and wanna die, you don’t exactly expect to go out for dinner after. Although my twisted rocket looked terrible, it’s still my favourite drink on the menu.

Our server was very quick at making sure the toddler was fed before the adults. Which is a nice change compared to the last BP’s I was at. The pizza was hot drinks were cold and the kid was happy (mostly because he saw your candy machine).

I thank you guys for your amazing service and lovely food.

I’ll see you guys again in January for my sons birthday!

The owner went above and beyond when we went in for lunch yesterday. He had the kitchen specially make deep fried pickles because my wife wanted some and it's not on the menu. Was Awesome! Thanks for making our lunch that much better.

The owner and server at this place were fantastic. The owner had the kitchen make deep fried pickles for me (Not on the menu). And they were flipping amazing with their cactus dip!!! Recommend this BP to anyone!!!

Love BPs, awesome food (cactus cut nachos fav apply, jambalaya fettuccine fav pasta) their cocktails are amazing and I love the various Ceasars they have to offer... and a great atmosphere for family or for an evening with friends.

It’s an amazing place to grab dinner or catch a game. Fast, friendly staff look after your every need and the food is second to none! Come alone or bring the team, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Boston pizza north gate has the best staff, they're so friendly, I ate here just a few days ago, I ordered the baby back ribs (because I love ribs, and I'm also very picky with how they're cooked) the chef cooked them just how I liked! (Normally they don't) and the waitress who served me was quick, very friendly, and very professional. Al around the best. I recommend coming here all the time.

Boston Pizza Northgate has exceptional customer service. I once ate there by myself because I didn't want fast food but wanted something good to eat. I had the chicken parm with spaghetti and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing. It was fresh & delicious. The manager even served me herself. I left an 18% tip and also left full, happy & satisfied. I love this place!! I take my friends & family here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great atmosphere, non rushed service & great food. 5⛤

This is my local bps. Been ordering goin here for a few years now. My husband is in love with the cactus cut phillycheese steak nachos. One night.. I called the

Resteraunt and asked if we can order to go. It's not something they normally did. But the manager approved an I picked them up. They were awesome.

I have to say I normally love Boston pizza. I was their yesterday with my family and the food we had was good. It was the service we got that will make me think twice about ever going back to the North Gate location. I give the North Gate location 3 star's only for the food all in all I was mad I was not asked to refill the drinks seemed like the staff was all over the place. They showed us to our booth took our order gave our drinks then the food came and that was it never came around to see how the food was or to see if we need any more drinks then it was like they forgot about us.

My family went to northgate for dinner with our friends (7of us) it was about 4pm . We waited 8-10 mins in the doorway before being seated(there was about 6 tables being occupied at the time , so not overly busy) The host was out back somewhere talking to other staff. There was one server on (Emily) she took our drink order and 25 mins later came to take our food order. At that time we asked for the manager on duty . We watched the server go tell the manager we wanted to speak to him, he ran to the back hiding out for 10 mins before we decided he wasn’t coming to speak with us , so we got up to leave. They didn’t do anything to help us. The manager Kyle should be retrained!! And at dinner time there should be more then one server on shift! This location is a disaster! We Will never return to this location . The 7 of us left and went to the location north on 97st, 167ave. Northgate lost out on a bill well over $100 this evening.

We ordered food from this location and the driver went to the incorrect house and it took one hour and forty-five minutes to get the food delivered to our house. In calling the location the manager on staff was argumentative and said the driver did in fact go to the correct home. Needless to say the food was stone cold when we received it and we were offered to no compensation to attempt to alleviate the poor service. When ordering from a resturant you should expect service and customer service or what is the point in paying money for the food, it's not just about the food itself its about the experience. The Namao location is more then helpful and attentive to their customers I would recommend going there instead.

First of all, disappointed that he only dessert we can get (with delivery)with the kids meal is apple sauce or a cookie. We pay 8$ for a scoop of pasta (that barely fed my 2 yr old, nevermind the 7 yr old) a cookie and a juice box when ordering online.

I ordered 3 kids meals. One with cucumbers and carrots, the other 2 with fries. Got 2 veggie sides and 1 fry.

The food arrived cold. Cold fries, barely warm burger/sanwhich and chicken strips. The kids all complained the chicken was spicy. Not Sure why BPs would have spicy chicken for kids? Maybe residue from my chicken burger? Not sure.

I ordered the kickin Memphis chicken sandwhich. The most disgusting thing i have ever had. The rub? Spices were so thick it was bitter. I took it apart trying to salvage ANY part of this burger sandwhich. Nothing. It was just disgusting. The 'crispy jalapenos' we soggy too. The bacon so thin its seriously not worth putting it on.

I honestly had a better jalapeno burger at A&W for 2.99.

Should have cancelled my order when I realized the kids couldnt get the worm pudding.
