Boston Pizza (Permanently Closed)

The service was quick for a Friday night! The server was super friendly, and it wasn't overly packed in the lounge, which is always nice. The food was okay, but wasn't anything spectacular. If you want a place to go for a few drinks and have a few appetizers, it is perfect!
BP is rarely great food. The best I can say about it is that it's reliably mediocre.
Sitting here at Boston pizza with my partner and his daughter. There is only one girl working the front of house for both the lounge and the main dining area. Took almost 20 minutes after being seated for her to take our drink orders. Then took another 15 minutes for our drinks to come.
The girl says that all the front of house staff called in sick. She is doing a great job for what she has to deal with. But what really disappoints me is that there is no sign of a manager anywhere. I used to work for a Boston pizza years ago and if we had staffing issues the managers would always start working the floor taking orders and serving food.
There is a serious lack of service here. Management needs to step up and pull their weight around here.
Bartender/waitress was great. Very polite and nice. Lounge is very dark on a bright sunny day. bathrooms smelled like sewer gas.
Came in very late. Sat in the lounge. Awesome reception and service. Food was great. Impeccable especially for the end of the night.
Service was a little slow but the food was great and the staff was freindly.
There was a waiter named joey. He worked really hard in order to give us our food. Really respectful guy, kept saying "sorry guys". He was also a very funny guy but joey had too much streth on him.
Great food and generally great service. The lounge is a good place to hang out and watch a game. Good for a quick bite or casual dining.
There were labels left on the bell peppers on my sandwich. The fries were not cooked. The restaurant is fairly dirty. Service was reasonable But I won't be back.
