Boston Pizza St. Ab - Grenier Place

The waitress Natasha was very professional and attentive and made made us feel very welcome. Jacque helped me decide on a pizza similar to what the sombrero used to be and it was very good. Impressed on how he went over and above what he needed to accomadate us. Sure wish BP would bring back the original sombrero

The staff here is phenomenal. Very quick and friendly. The food was great lots of flavor Made my own pasta dish with gluten free pasta and it was fantastic . Definitely be recommending to my friends and family . Will be back .

I go every time I visit from Airdrie. Love how the staff looks after me and my 1 year old. Very accommodating and generous with the portions for kids. We even had his 1st bday party here with the family and they gave us plenty of room to visit. Thank you!

Great lunch spot! Also a great place to get a beer right after work! Courtney, Cindy, all the ladies (and gentlemen) rock there! Speedy service, great good, friendly faces! Can't ask for much more!

It's BPs so you know what to expect and they usually come through just fine. Service is usually very good also.



Pretty easy to recommend for casual dining.

We ate in for Wing night, food was ok service wasn't so good. It's wing night so wings are probably the main course, salad and pizza bread could be considered the appies, we got the whole meal at the same time talk about feeling rushed to eat. Servers should ask how customers want the meal delivered to the table. The bill came we really wanted it to be separated, we didn't get a choice. And the first option is 18℅ tip, you have got to be kidding, I choked on 10℅. Attentiveness and customer service can finally long way.��

Food was below average. Not sure how one can screw up on boneless wings & the cactus chips tasted like they were a day old. Service was meh at best. Bar side had two servers and there was maybe 6 tables of 2 people at each. My server took our drink order & meal order at once never saw her again until I called her over to top up my beer then had to ask for our bill as well. She never checked in to ask how food was etc. The kitchen staff bought our meals. Not happy at all.

We picked up 2 pizzas tonight - hadn't ordered from BP in a while - disappointed. Crust was tough and doughie. Sad to pay that much for below average pizza. We will go back to the Mom and Pop pizza place where the standards are high.

This Boston Pizza is by far & wide the worst we have eaten in. We were informed it reflects to Owner/ Manager, not professional to new hired staff or existing staff!!!!!~

Ordered take out this evening. I'll start with the front service. I walked in and no one was at the counter. That's fair. There was a lady of 5 sitting on the bench and a man and his young boy standing waiting for tables. The hostess arrived and asked the man if he's waiting for a table, but the lady steps forward and says they were waiting as well. ( quickly learning the man came in after the family of 5 ). She sat the family down and then a minute later served me. Not seating the man and his young boy. They shortly leave and go to Socrates.



I get home with food on hand and open up our plates. The lasagna looked mangled. The mother inlaw thought it wasn't lasagna at first glance. The chicken in the chicken Alfredo was very dry. We weren't impressed. I really would like the ability to send messages to Boston pizza to discuss it in private instead of having to wrote a review.

My family and I visited this location last night for dinner, and I have to say I was extremely disgusted with the state of the change table in the women's bathroom. I have 2 children both in diapers, so going out with them usually entails a bum change or 2. I went to change my son and couldn't believe how disgusting the change table was. It had little poop smudges everywhere and was so dirty and grimey, it looked like it should've been in some nasty gas station bathroom. I almost changed my son on the floor instead, however that's just not an option in a public restroom. There was a roll of paper towel on top of the change table, which I suppose was there to create a liner of sorts so your child doesn't have to lay in filth to be changed. Based on this alone, I would never return to this restaurant. For a family restaurant, these are basic necessities that shouldn't become so overlooked. I rated a 2 because the food was still good but not worth coming back in. Also worth noting, my kids were ready to leave, so I didn't get a chance to speak to a manager and inform them of the change tables condition.

This place has the absolute worst customer service!!! The management is unprofessional and they do not have enough training to back up what they are actually saying . Very unsatisfied with how they treated me as a customer . We will never ever go back to this place. Stay away!

The service was slow and barley came, never refilled our drinks, and didn’t get our dessert also my dads order didn’t even get put through, then they brought us the wrong pizza and we had to wait so long.At the end they even gave us the wrong receipt. Oh and we didn’t even get plates or utensils even though we asked and my moms soup was lukewarm.

So very disappointed with this restaurant! Ordered pizza for delivery and was told would receive within 1hour...called again at 1 hour and 20 min to check on status and was then told 90 min! Called to speak with the manager to discuss and she said this is correct as more orders coming in causes longer wait times! How should that affect my order from 1 hour 20 min ago...again called at just under 2 hours and was told still was not up for delivery!!! All this at early afternoon today so not extreme high volume time! Cancelled my order as manager did not really care at all!!! Ordered from Panago and was very satisfied and received within 30 min and delicious! Not giving them my business anytime soon!
