Bounce Life Systems

A friend of mine trained with Derek the owner and was extremely satisfied with the results. We also were shocked with his transformation!

I remembered when I first met Derek.
I was over 240lbs,After I talked to him ,he motivated me on his own gym for one to one training.
I was amazed with the state of art equipment he has and the LEVEL OF TRANING he provides , phenomenal.
He is a great trainer and on top a great person,
I would recommend him to anyone and have faith that you will see the difference in a short period of time.
I am 180lbs now after taking the great advise from him and would go back to him anytime to do further training
