Its not often that you meet a group of people who are as excited about the products they sell as the gear head who love to buy them. These guys know there stuff. Go check them out!

The friendly staff at Bow Cycle made my purchase welcoming and comfortable. As a female snowmobiler i consider myself a knowledgeable enthusiast of the sport. the sales people there were spot on with the product knowledge and I feel i got a fair deal on my purchase. they had all the accessories i was looking for to personalize my machine. my friends recommended the service department of the BowCycle store and i am glad they did as it solidified my decision to purchase the new machine. Professional staff, great selection of product, accessories, and clothing. Convenient location and hours. Have always found their prices to be competitive and fair. Service department is always knowledgeable and accommodating.

I've been getting my bikes serviced there since they opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of new and used bikes there. I've also gone on rides with them and enjoyed them as well.

I had a great experience with Bow Cycle on my last visit. I met Mike Pawlicki (sales person), who was very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He spent time answering my questions and providing recommendations catered to my needs. I am still making a decision if I am going to buy a bike but if I am it will be from Mike.

Recent track day was awesome, will be attending all future events where possible! Mike P was incredibly helpful, taking plenty of personal track time to provide on track tips to Bow Cycle guests. That guy deserves a big raise! Keep these events coming!

To those who haven't been to Bow; the showroom is huge with tons of selection, all backed by well informed and very helpful staff.

I came into Bow Cycle looking for more info on the Can-Am 3-wheeled things and the tall British sales guy (Zane?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to help me understand all the different models.

Went in looking for a new dirt bike for my youngest child. Tabor (senior salesman?) was more than happy assisting me, and spent a considerable amount of time discussing his experience with all forms of motorcycles over many years (If you are looking for info on 2 strokes, Tabor is your man!). I was between two models, but after Tabor's input came to an educated decision on a Kawasaki 85.
Very happy with there customer service, and will be back!

Helpful staff and love looking around their awesome shop. Unfortunately I did purchase a helmet recently which was one size to small and as I am a new rider I wasn't aware of the strict no returns on helmets rule. It was my fault as I should have stuck with the XL instead I went with the sales persons advice and purchased a L for a snug fit. Now it hurts when wearing so will have to purchase another. Slightly frustrating considering the helmet was a display model, so how many heads have tried it before I purchased. Would have been nice if I was informed whilst in store during my time with the member of staff discussing different helmets.

I understand the policy. Unfortunately, you didn't "try" and I wasn't told in store of the returns policy, there was no decaling sticker on the helmet regarding returns and by the time I had the receipt, it was to late. Therefore, I feel I it's fair to say I should be entitled to another size helmet. Unfortunately my head hurts when I'm wearing it and my neck hurts after taking it off. So I definitely need another one.
I'm not sure being 100% confident is reflective of the level of service for helmet fitting at your establishment. Good communication with the customer is important, I feel I did not receive this. Not a great start for a new rider on a cheap budget.

I was invited by Bow Cycle to a Track Day at Area 27 (Oliver, BC) on June 11, 2017 and it was fantastic! It truly gives you an opportunity to experience what these bikes are capable of and also to greatly improve your road skills. You can learn more in one track day than weeks on a road trip. In my case I brought my Ducati 1200 Monster.

Today I purchased a Yamaha Bolt from Bow Cycle North and was absolutely impressed. Had a super positive experience with all of the amazing staff helping me pick out the right bike and gear. I left knowing everything I needed to know and he gave me confidence in buying my first bike!!
