Bow River Chem-Dry

It is almost 11 hours since I had Bow River Chem-Dry today in my house and I have 2 fans trying to dry out the carpet in my basement. I called twice and found that both times the ladies on the phone were dismissive of my question why the carpet isn't dry in the 1-2 hours as promised over and over, even by the technician. This company charges a lot more than others based on this special process of not using as much water etc. etc. I paid at least $160 or more over their competition and certainly a lot more than if I did it myself with the same results. I will not use them again and don't recommend others to do so either.

have used bow river chem Dry before and they did a great job. Booked them for the 15th 2 P.M . No show. Called ,.told I was Booked for the 21st. I am truly disappointed as I had moved the furniture out of the Living room and now would have to put it all back and wait until the 21st. Not willing to do it the next day . I had requested Grant as he gave me his card but would have used anyone else to get it done t tomorrow the 16th of August. Not great accomodation to customers schedule

I was very impressed with the results! Jordan Wurtz came on time and did very thorough effecent job. He was in and out within an hour. He was very professional with how he explained the process. Our carpets look and smell great. We will be recommending Bow River Chem-Dry to friends and family!

I was referred to Bow River Chem Dry by a friend. I'm so glad they told me about them. I get so tired of waiting around for companies that give you a 4 hr window and still only show up 50% of the time. The Chem Dry technician showed up on time with a decent van and nice clean equipment. The job turned out great! I would refer them to anyone.
