Bow River Lodge

Bow River Lodge No. 1, Ancient, Free, and Accepted Masons is a Masonic Lodge located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Bow River Lodge is part of the Worldwide fraternal organization known as "Freemasonry". The origins of Freemasonry are not known, however there is historical evidence of Masonic Lodges operating in England and Scotland in the first half of the 1600s.

Freemasonry is a philosophical society - men who are Freemasons are interested in exploring the deeper meaning of life and finding our who they are and where they are going. Freemasonry is about taking good men and making them better through a commitment to learning, responsibility, charity, kindness and tolerance towards others, and making the world a better place.
