I brought my used vehicle in for an interior detail after I had purchased it. In all fairness it was not very clean, however the cleaning job that was done was subpar and I was particularly dissatisfied by the lack of attention to detail. While the carpets were done very nicely, many other places in the vehicle were untouched. Windows, doors pockets, vents, and the dash were basically untouched. When I confronted the owner regarding my dissatisfaction he became angry and refused to accept that they had done a poor job. The owner blamed me for asking not to use an interior dressing on the dash for the lack of cleanliness, and the fact that I bought a used car.

Eventually the owner agreed to redo the job but I had already spent too much of my time dealing with him and found it easier to correct the deficiencies myself.

Overall I found the experience extremely unpleasant and would not recommend this business to others.
