Bow Valley Insurance

I've been dealing with Kristina Wagner for over 6 years now. Shes been incredible, whether its quotes for a new vehicle or following up with coverage questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new insurance broker.

About a month ago I went to speak about having temporally car insurance until I sell my car, so I can demonstrate it. I wasn't driving it for a year. This blonde lady, I forget her name brought me to her office. I communicated with her about my scenario of selling my car. Then she was lectering me that I'm not a good candidate, because I accidentally missed a payment 4 years ago from my previous insurance company. Also, that I haven't been driving for while. She claims that no insurance company in Alberta would accept me for temporally insurance or a monthly rate. I keep trying to ask her some simple questions, but instead of answering them, she keep ranting about me only being eligible for a least a 6 month term and cancellation would be expensive. She was very abrasive, patronizing and rude to me.

The next day I went to another insurance company who I'm not going to give out names. I instantly got a 6 month insurance, but I could cancel anytime for free. Then I sold my car 3 weeks after.

Anyone, don't ever listen and believe these kinds of people who tell you that your not a good candidate. They're just only looking out for their interests and discouraging you. Maybe so you can use their insurance. They deserve more than no stars.

I have been dealt with at least 4 insurance companies. So far Bow Valley insurance has the most professional, helpful, with competitive rate. I would really recommend to anyone to deal with Bow Valley Insurance. Spomenka saved me several hundred dollars. And look after my transfer from McFarlane which charged me extra for transferring. Spomenka did above and beyond duty.

I was very pleased with the level of service I recieved from Arron Sheema, he gave me the best rate by a long shot after looking for auto insurance for two full days, answered back to all my emails and voicemails within a very timely manner and i didn't feel like I had to go hunting him down for a reply.
