I don't understand how companies like this stay in business. Bought two chairs from them in January, was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. 4 weeks pass, I call to question where they are and am scolded over the phone for calling, "don't call us, we'll call you." 6 weeks later I finally go in to pick up the chairs. Bring them home - guess what? The legs are missing! I call the store to let them know, no apologies, very curtly told me they'll get some more in a few days. A week later, I'm still waiting but not holding my breath. I get upset every time I look at my legless chairs! I'd return them if they didn't charge a 10% restocking fee. So frustrating. Last time I ever shop at Bowring.
