All that was required was a dent to get pulled and a touch up.
What I received was a fixed dent and paint touch up (with big drips in the clear), a non OEM tail light (not required) that required reinstallation, a bedliner that was replaced with a lower quality item of a different style.
I got them to remove the unneeded Bedliner so they could reinstall the OEM one just to find out they threw out half of it already.
Installing new parts at a simple repair is appreciated if the replacement parts are of the same quality and style as the original pieces, and only if they get the owners approval first. I am now left to find and pay for the missing OEM pieces. Very unimpressed.

PS. I also just noticed that not a single button fastener was reinstalled to hold the rear wheel arch on.
I brought them a truck with one flaw and got it back with 3.

Like they say, if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself. F#*&!

Hello good people out there, NEVER, NEVER bring your car for body repairs to this place. The slowest shop I have never came across in my life of car body repairs. My car was brought here by my insurance for the entire door to be replaced. The car sat here for two weeks without being touched and I got an email update from my insurance saying that they needed 8 more days in addition to 2 weeks for repairs to resume. I got pissed off and pull my car out of here and took it to another shop called, Precision Autobody shop. At Precision, the car was fixed within a week.
Even though the quality of the work being done here is excellent, but service speed is extremely poor. I was very disappointed. If you need body repairs done, please try Precision Autobody Shop.

Well so far have had 1 interaction with this company and have been disappointed. They can't even be bothered to reply to you as a potential customer...go elsewhere.. in reading this review you have invested more time and interest than they deserve from you...

Awful service. After bringing in my vehicle for warranty work, I was told it would take 3 days. On the 3rd day I went in and they said they found more stuff they had messed up and so it would take until Tuesday of the next week. Conveniently I work right beside Boyd and so on the Monday I drove by on my way to work and again on my way home and both times my truck was parked outside not being worked on. I called Tuesday asking when I could pick it up as it was still in the same spot on the Tuesday morning. They say it won't be ready until the end of the week. Maybe if they would actually work on the truck they could finish it when they say they are going to. Not impressed and won't be going back again, unless there is more warranty work in the future.

Never go here if you don't want to lose your mind! Front bumper was replaced and 1 week later vehicle was getting detailed at the dealer and a huge piece of paint came off. Manager said it was my fault because you can't pressure wash painted surfaces within 6ft of the nozzle, but when he sprayed it with a garden hose ALL paint started flying off(still my fault?). Called me and said the part was actually recalled cause paint wasn't bonding to it. Nothing else said about it. Bumper didn't line up. He said I hit something, uh nope never happened. Ended up being faulty clips. See a pattern here? A/C no longer worked after servicing. Had to take it back 3 times before they got it. Caps never put back on the ports. Stated vehicle was ready to be picked up at 4pm. Wife went in following morning and the reception lady stated "It's not ready yet". The list goes on but I'm not wasting anymore time on them.

Stay away! It took them 6 months after bringing in my car for hail damage to try to rectify their mistakes and oversights.

As it is I will have to bring it to another shop as the paint and panels are all scratched which they say takes too much time to fix. These scratches were caused by them!

Interior panels don't line up.... pieces are missing. Shop caused body damage. The managers (a new one every time I go) arguing with me about their work. If I bring it to you without scratches I should get it back that way.

There are lots of shops in town. Surely you can find one that won't ruin your car!
