Boyd relieved the huge headache that comes along with vehicle damage. I was told the repairs would take 3 days, but it was all complete in just 1 day. The best part - when I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised as they cleaned the entire inside of my vehicle! Very impressed!

Was reading reviews of other shops and I was reminded of one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automotive service provider. My 2001 Cadillac DeVille was in an accident and it was taken to Boyd's in Douglasglen in 2009, as the insurance provider had recommended. The left rear quarter panel and rear bumper were wrecked and this repair took three months. When I finally got the car back after sporting a rental for months, the tail lights did not even match. On top of this, one out of two iPod touches I had left in the center console went missing during this lengthy repair. when I brought this to the shops attention, it was blown off as if I had made it up. This kind of experience with a company will stay with me until my dying days. What kind of auto body shop returns a car without matching tail lights. I felt like I was taken advantage of because of my young age at the time.

We have had our car in twice recently for body work. Vince and Kino were fantastic. Everything was done quickly and there customer service was fantastic. Will be recommending them to others.

Amazing service! 15/10 would recommend. When the dealership told me i would need to book an appointment for diagnosis Boyd repaired my skid plate within 10 minutes, they are so quick and efficient. I will be sure to come here for all my auto body needs in the future.

Great work, great service, until you have a single issue. If your vehicle has ANY mechanical issue, do not take it here. If you just need body work, they do an amazing job . If your damage includes mechanical, run. As others have mentioned, Larry is the problem . It was annoying when he calls to give you an update and if you have a question he is just rushing to get you off the phone, it is a whole other issue if you have a problem. The rest of the staff have been great. Larry went for a ride along to hear the noise in the front end, then made me wait 2 weeks to find out "Boyd doesn't do mechanical work". Thanks for wasting my time.

I love reading responses like this! 8 day repair taking over a mobth to cmplete! Unfortunetly yes Mr Johnson if you did take the rental in the beginning you would be way further ahead. They have strict guidelines to follow with the insurance companies when giving out rentals. The shop goes out of its way to accommodate people currently in rentals so they dont get dinged for a massive bill!
