Good selection of quality furniture at a decent price. Their website provides a good scope of the furniture they carry.

Staff is very inviting but I don't like their strategy as far as prices go.
My girlfriend bought a bedroom set after receiving a letter for a liquidation where you needed the letter to take advantage.
After receiving the set, we right away noticed a wrong size footbed panel and bad drawers adjustments on the dresser with empty sets of holes in the drawers showing bad installation and a trial at fixing the problem that totally failed.
Going back there to take care of it the liquidation was still going on with the "everything must go" as stated weeks before....
For me it feels wrong as untruthfull publicity. Still have to have all issues taken care of so will be back when I know how long it took to fix all issues since they asked for full payment to order the set in the first place and or it was not checked upon reception at the store prior to shipping here or done without caring for the mistake/problem

We bought a beautiful Vienna table is August and met the owner in the store he was nice. Staff was informative on their products and friendly. We were told on delivery that the drivers would have our receipt of purchase ($3500) and warranty we purchased. They did not. I called the office more than 10X, left emails and had a conversation with everyone who worked there. It took 2 months to get my receipt emailed. For a big purchase like this I found that to be unprofessional. I then tried to get my warranty that we bought, that tooth over 4 months!!!!! I was so frustrated I was planning to drive down and get it myself because I was told it was mailed, it was not. I was told it was emailed. it was not. Finally in December I got the paperwork. Its a shame because their products are beautiful but the business side of this company is VERY unorganized. I would be hesitant to shop there again.

Beautiful furniture as well as top quality products, takes nearly 2 months for products to arrive

Very happy with the quality of product from Bracko Brothers, price was fair. Experienced some major shipping delays from the US; what was supposed to be 6-8 weeks was closer to 16 weeks. I did get a bit of a discount for the delay, but I would have honestly paid more for a product that was made in Canada.
