Went in looking for something very specific and as many, I don’t enjoy shopping for intimates. Blown away by the kind, very helpful service which made me feel more comfortable in my own skin and happy with the items I purchased. Skip the other shops and go right to BraTopia!

Love this store. Excellent staff, very helpful & friendly. Efficient at finding what you're looking for, and don't push you to spend outside of your price range.

This is my go to bra store. They're local, and know how to fit a bra. As a busty gal, I'll never be able to buy bras from chains. The ladies here know what they are doing. They have affordable options (I use the term affordable for if you're busty: affordable means something different than if you can buy bras from a chain). I get compliments from people in change rooms because my bras fit.

The store has expanded so it has more space yay! One of the main reasons I started shopping with them is because they let you mix and match swimsuit tops/bottoms. A huge deal if you're busty but not curvy everywhere.

I'd recommend them to any and every one. They have swimwear, lingerie, and every day wear.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff are knowledgable and cater their suggestions to your individual needs. My mom and I both found great bras here. We'll definitely be returning!

Elissa was an AMAZING consultant. I had lots of questions and demands with this apparently new world and she was exceptionally accommodating with bringing new styles, cup coverage, and fabrics. I felt comfortable and at ease with finding an everyday bra. I'm coming here for EVERY bra or lingerie item.

Sadly, bad fitting and a bad bra. I was fitted into a bra that was way too small. I told the salesperson I thought it was too small and she said it was because I was used to my old worn in bra. I had to go to another lingerie shop and get a strap extender (after wearing it for 2 hours) and the salesperson there said she would never have put me into that bra. The extender hasn't helped at all, the cups don't fit properly now either. I spent over $200 dollars and can barely stand to wear it. Won't go back.

in response to comment from owner, I didn't call the store to complain, I just wrote the review. In looking at your responses to other complaints I didn't bother to call as it doesn't appear that you provide any refunds or solutions that are viable. So, maybe your response is a generic response to complaints so that you don't look bad, but I didn't call. Also, if you read my original review, I didn't come to your store for the extender, I went to a different lingerie store, so your response doesn't really make sense.

Walked in on Thursday, got sized right away. Finally a perfect bra size with the help of an employee. Came in Friday to try on more bras as I didn't have time Thursday and got a great selection according to my budget (+ the sale). Overall great selection and excellent customer service!!

The only place in Calgary to get a proper fitting AMAZING bra. Excellent selection and expectional service. I have been to both locations and have never been disappointed.

Pricy place. However, their things are very good quality, with a good selection of beautiful or practical things. I found a bra that I'm very happy with. They have lingerie as well, but not as many sizes available. They are very eager to help with fitting and will help you to get the right product.
