Bread Beyond Borders

In 2005, we started a feeding program in the Philippines with 80 children, at present, we have more than 2, 000 children and growing who benefits from our feeding program. Our goal is to grow our feeding program to ten thousand children in 5 years.

Philippines is a small country with a population of more than 100 million. Majority of the people are really poor that families have difficulty providing food for their children. That's why in 2005, we decided to start a feeding program for children in an elementary school in one of the villages in northern Philippines. We have 80 children that we are feeding at that time. At present, we have more than 2, 000 children who benefits from our feeding program.

PROGRAMS:
-Providing children with nutritious meals.
-Distribution of hygienic supplies, i. e. , toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo, etc.
-Distribution of school supplies; i. e. , pencils, notebook, etc.
-Educating adults to plant and cultivate vegetables in their backyards.
