Our mission is to make impossible breakthrough sales possible. I know that sounds like ridiculous hyperbole, but let me explain. Hi, I'm Teddy Pope, the founder and president of Breakthrough Sales Inc. Back when we landed our first client, we were doing what was known as Business Development. However, our client started to refer to the results of our effort as breaking through to the markets that they previously thought would be impossible for their relatively small organization. That's where our mission came from, listening to our clients for what it took to exceed their expectations. We loved the challenge, so now we make the impossible possible for all our clients. Our vision is to grow thousands of organizations across North America: Feel a customer's pain, Seek our client's cure, Deliver win-win-winWe're not just talking about our clients. What we really aim to do is put just as much focus on growing our clients' customers. With that perspective, we quickly reached hundreds of organizations and we are now reaching for thousands. It isn't enough to know what a potential customer needs and wants. We go deeper. Our goal is to get to a place where we can actually feel the pain that the customer organization and its leaders experience. From there, we never lose focus on what it takes to alleviate that pain. That leads us back to our client. What is our client offering or could be offering to cure this particular customer's pain? We go back and forth, with relationship building dialog, demonstrations, field trips or whatever else it takes to bring the customer's pain and our client's cure together. If we get a match, it's time to design the details. How do we create a win for the customer, win for the client, and a win for ourselves? We work with everyone to set the plan, execute, evaluate all the way and exceed everyone's expectations. It's a tall order, but if it were easy we wouldn't find the fun and fulfillment of making the impossible possible.
