Now logically my username won't be recognized in the roster of attended students. My name is Nicholas Ozouf and I took the Level C Emergency First Aid and CPR. I found my experience to be delightful. The instructors were both funny and very informative and the information itself that was covered was in all consideration useful. T...he thing I would like to address are the negative reviews provided here. My instructor was Cam and it appears as though the main issue of people's comments concern a receptionist and the owner who honestly I had no idea was Alfred. I mean he was mentioned as being the Boss of Cam. But that being said I'm a supervisor at my job. I'm the Boss of standard employees so you can see where I didn't know that. It wasn't until reading these comments that I found out Alfred was actually the owner. Now finally to address these comments I'll be honest I and the rest of the class did not have a large amount of interaction with Alfred, but certainly during the times where he had shown up he seemed very friendly and provided more perspective on the topics. Now as for the receptionist I kept hearing about, honestly. Never saw her. Nope. Not once. Now I think when coming in through the front one time I may have caught a glimpse of her off to the side. But even so she wouldn't be my focus my instructors are. So I never met her. How can I be one to judge her then. Well I managed to avoid her for a full 8 hours why couldn't you guys? It was pleasant through and through I mean hell at one point we got free ice cream I can't speak for the past of this institution nor their past students and I can't even say they liked us or me. But they were content and it made for an enjoyable time, the class even had some humor which helped to not only pass by time a bit but also keep interest all the while providing very relevant information. I do recommend these guys for getting your basic first aid needs. PS.) I saw a review stating that there was not enough theory. That there was not enough information. Mate. If you want to become a doctor go to an actual school cause you are NOT going to find that here. I hope everyone else had a good time like me and I hope you guys keep up your good work."

As an instructor for both safet...y and first aid I was surprised by the level of instructional technique and knowledge beyond the course subject matter. They also work very closely with the Red Cross and ACP so expect current and advanced knowledge about trends, techniques, and the industry as a whole. Just want to add that booking and reception are exceptional: they made many accomodations for my late booking, lost textbook and mailing certificates. Most people who complain about instructors and courses generally are upset due to lack of work ethic on their part and need someone to blame besides themselves."

The facility was clean and organized, location and parking worked well, and other staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone beginning their journey in health services and related fields.

I was with breath for life last march of 2014 for an EMR course. I enjoyed learing with the instructors and they make the whole course fun and interesting. The course prepares you so much for the acp examinations. I lapsed training and had to retake my course which I chose breath for life and I don't regret a second of it. I was taught things more in depth than my previous emr schooling and refreshed myself on subjects I only had been taught in emt school. I'd recommend this course to anyone as it is giving anyone who puts the time and effort into the course the advantage over other schools to passing your provincial exam.

Great facility! I traveled from Brooks just to take the EMR course and Alfred really cares about his students. He goes above and beyond to help them. From a fellow business owner its amazing to see another business owner hands on like that.
