I came here with blood in my urine, the doctor here told me that it's normal and probably just a symptom of rough sex. Turned out I had bladder cancer. Thanks for nothing and the awful service. Don't go here

I have very bad experience with this clinic. I can confirm it is the worst clinic we ever contacted in our lives.
Two problems with them.
1- we went there 2 months ago. Myself and my pregnant wife. My wife was very sick and afraid she is not feeling the baby. We requested to be seen at anytime to get at least some assurance. The front disk lady was very rude, refused to let us see the doctor or even a nurse and gave us an appointment after 2 weeks!!! We left very upset and went to a different clinic whose people were very nice and understanding. My wife was examined, assured and prescribed some sickness medications. Although we live walking distance to this clinic, we ar registered with the other clinic far from us.
2- today, my wife gave them a call to get an appointment for flu vaccine for the family. The answer she got was very strange. (No, we do not give flu vaccine)!!!!!!!! She made a call to our clinic and was told we can drop at anytime to get the vaccine.
We do not understand what is the problem with these people.

The wait time is always decent, and my doctor is nice, but I have quite a few things I dislike about this clinic, and most of them come back to the receptionists. Besides the fact that whenever you call, they're too quiet, they're down right rude and hard to deal with. If you try to book an appointment after 5, for the next day or whenever it's "Not possible." I also find if you personally ask them to call with results - good or bad, and they give they're word that they will indeed call, they very simply don't unless you call consistently and bother them. I find some of the walk in doctors are rude, inconsistent, and judgmental, no matter when or what time you go. My mother was called a "Nightmare patient" on the simple fact she hasn't had a family doctor for a while, and once again was promised a call on her results good or bad and never received anything from them. While I find some trips pleasant I find this clinic is more unpleasant to deal with then most. On the otherhand, I see Dr Phu, and he always has a bright cheery smile and an upbeat manner and he does listen which is very nice.

I am very disappointed with the reception staff at this clinic. Today when I called they could not get me in for an appointment with my physician until next week, unless I wanted just to drop in. The receptionist was very unfriendly on the phone and was cross when I did not want to discuss my medical condition with her??? When will medical clinics understand that a person's illness is their own private business - why would you want to discuss it with a non-medical person??? The receptionist hung up on me when I questioned her bad attitude!!!!

Such a shame as when I do finally get to see my doctor, who is Dr. Urfi Sulaiman, who comes from England, he is absolutely great.

Why do the reception staff here feel it is ok to be rude to patients when you call in for an appointment - it is not.

My advice to anyone considering this medical clinic is to find a more professional, friendly place to go to.

As for Dr. Sulaiman, if I was you I would find a better clinic to work for!

I give Dr. Sulaiman 5 stars for his service, and his reception staff I would give zero stars if that was possible!!!

Whoever is in charge of this clinic should really start listening to the feedback from those patients who have posted reviews on this site - we can and will go elsewhere to ensure we get proper and friendly service from our medical clinics!!!

Dr. Arthur is very knowledgeable, very nice and caring. All staff were very friendly. No wait to see the doctor at 8:30pm.

Had a great experience here. Had to come back a few times in a row, front desk staff remembered my name, and we're so friendly. The two different doctors I saw were also great. Very friendly and informative.

The people workin at the front desk are generally quite lovey, though in my experience I've found the doctors on the other hand do vary .
-Last doctor (after waiting 1h 45- past 2hrs by the time I actually got out of there ) was rather rude and left a horrible taste in my mouth (..not literally :p) ,still he did get the job done eventually.

- Waiting time can be long and frustrating,but meh,
Most importantly, I do hope this last doctor will cease to filter trough this location .

Let's start off with how ignorant their over the phone customer service is, if you're calling a doctors office you want to be greeted by a enthusiast friendly human being, not some grouch whom hates their job on the other side. Second off- I had pains in both my legs to the point I couldn't walk. I came in to see one of their "Dr's" in the walk in clinic. I told him I have blood clots in my legs, as I had every symptom. He barley looked at my legs and came to the conclusion it was a "viral infection" & sent me for blood work but insisted that I just go home and take some extra strength tylneol. A few days later the pain escalated, I went downtown to the chumir and they re did my blood work as the walk in clinic doctor sent me for the WRONG testing. Came back that I have blood clotting in both my legs. Blood clotting can result in death. Needless to say I'm glad the Brentwood walk in doctor sent me home with a potential of dying. What if I didn't go get re checked out and the blood clot escalated into my lungs? If you're looking for answers to why you're feeling ill, go else where.
