Brentwood Village Dental Clinic

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Khana. The anesthetic procedure was made extremely clear and the surgery took almost an hour less than what they had said. All the hygienists and support staff were very nice and calming. Couldn't have had a better, more relaxed experience.

Update: Have also received a filling on a very deep cavity. Procedure was fast and a job well done. For someone who has always been terrified of dentists, I will be recommending this office to everyone.

I have always been so pleased with the services i have been provided at Brentwood village. Dr. Metcalfe has always been very patient listening to my needs and offers me valuable advice to help me improve my overall dental health. I am so grateful for the receptionists at this clinic. They are always willing to send estimates to my insurance for me so i can know beforehand what my cost may be. And they will do everything they can to help you understand your insurance plan. I could go on and on about how friendly, professional, and caring this clinic is. But the best advice i can give is for someone to try them out themselves to see how great it truly is!

I'm not usually the type of person to write a review however this clinic deserves it! Not only do they have an amazing selection of dentist to meet all your dental care needs but their hours are unbeatable. I work 10 hour days 6 days a week making it hard to get time for personal appointments. They are always able to get me in after a shift and most recently when i was in i was informed they will be open Sundays in the new year, how convenient! I have sent so many of my friends to this clinic and they're all so glad i have. Their location is very central so it has been easy for all my friends to be able to come as well. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing! The whole bentwood village team is fantastic. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and have always had such a pleasant experience. From the minute i walk in their reception team takes great care of me and make me feel welcome. When i'm brought to the back for my dental work to get started i feel nothing but comfort. I will continue to recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I quit visiting that clinic more than one year ago, but now I feel commitment to share my experience here. Their staff are so inexperienced and I have had several problems with them. It is good place for dentists to get some experiences for their future career. When I visited another clinic on the other day (after I gave up visiting them), I was told that the tooth treatment was poor and not complete. and he started from scratch to treat it again. Even they are not sorry if you say what they have done. It is the last clinic in Canada I would visit again. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for my friends

All the staff are very nice and friendly. I always feel welcomed here. All the hassles with direct billing to insurance companies (I have both mine and husband's) are always taken care and scheduling even during evenings and weekends are possible at this clinic. Both my husband and I got crowns and fillings done by Dr. Kim. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even though this clinic usually gets busy, we never felt rushed for every visit and he always ensures that we feel comfortable with all the treatments. It is quite challenging to find a good lifetime dentist for everyone and I am so glad that we found ours! Highly recommend!!!

My daughter was only two and a half when we started to notice some decay along her gum line on two of her teeth.
I was able to get into Brentwood Village Dental Clinic the very week!
The staff were fun, fast and efficient! The cavities are now gone, and now each night my daughter insists I floss and brush her teeth while she is fully reclined in our recliner, just like when she was at the dentist!

Very happy with my treatment done at Brentwood village dental clinic. The front end staff is very knowledgeable in regards to insurance and very helpful with scheduling. I have seen three different dentists here and I have no complaints about any of them. I have also seen multiple hygienists and assistants at this clinic, all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone! They will work around your schedule and help you book an appointment for whatever your needs may be.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but coming to this office was the best choice I could have made! Their reception staff are all very knowledgeable and really help you to understand your insurance coverage. I saw Sharon for my cleaning and she was great! Very professional, and she explained the services I was getting in detail, I never felt pressured to do any one particular service. The dentist I saw for my check up was Dr. Kinyua, again like the rest of the staff very professional and explained my treatment options to me thoroughly, we then discussed where my priorities in treatment were and where to start. Overall very happy with this office and I am looking forward to working with them in the future!
