Seriously, the people who work at this Brewsters are some of the more nicest people you'll meet. Friendly, helpful and passionate. Great service! :)
My siblings and I were there very late on a weeknight, right up to their closing time. Instead of acting impatient, the staff decided to put our dessert tab on the house... How great is that?!
Had a wonderful time and amazing service. The manager Melissa A went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Definitely a turn around! Amazing what great team work can do to make a customer’s experience better.
Great staff, great service! Keep it up guys! your chicken wings are top notch.
Great food beer and people.
Great Service, great food, great beer!! Love this place.
Excellent service excellent food. This location is a little out of our way but we always go here because unlike other locations this one never lets us down. Food is amazing and the staff is very friendly.
We had great service. The best fish and chips I had in a while.
The wife & I enjoyed another great meal and dining experience.
Fish & Chips, Butter Chicken, both have been consistently flavourful.
Nicole, our server was incredible handling our gang of 20+ singlehandedly.
We will be back... :)
Good food and service.Nice selection of beer and specials.
Not bad, Burger was really dry. Same with gfs. Kind of slow service to refill water come back etc. 111 st was a 5*
Good food service is a bit slow at times due to potentially overworked and overpopulated staff. They all do their jobs well, however.
The worst service ever I order a 20 oz beer and Sheri orders a 16 oz beer I drink mine and the 20 oz glass fits in the 16 oz glass I tell the waitress says she don't make the glasses the manager comes over and gives me two shot glasses of beer and don't say nothing .....
Wow being 20 years in the Industry .... That's just telling me to go fuck myself
We go there for wings cause it's close for everyone. But the wings are crappy and so over cooked it's like chewing sawdust. And they don't care, they just push them out to make a sale.
This restaurant used to be awesome - gone downhill. Went last night terrible service, food took over an hour, no cutlery napkins salt or pepper on tables. Overall shitty and won’t be back .
This location has gone downhill quickly. Tonight was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a while. My fiancé and I went for a bite to eat around 8, and ordered what we thought were relatively simple meals. My “pasta” was frozen ravioli with canned artichoke on top. My fiancé’s soup and salad were a disaster. Came out wrong the first time, We sent the soup back,as it was ice cold.... and didn’t come back any better the second time. The waitress didn’t bother to ask if it was better, or even if it had come out ok...if fact she completely avoided us until she tossed the bill at us and rushed us out. Usually they ask what went wrong when you send more than half of the meal back. It’s not as if it were busy. Very disappointed. Likely will not be back.
Literally worst service ever. Only two tables seated in the entire dining room (including the three of us and a couple) we were ignored upon walking in, we were finally sat by the manager and then ignored again for 15 minutes, the waitress was awful. Rude, slow. I honestly have never left a bad tip until today.
I loved this establishment until last night. I was out with a couple of ladies for supper at 6:30pm on a Thursday and the table next to us had a gentleman (I use the term loosely) who had started drinking at noon. He was so completely inebriated by 7 that he received several complaints. He was cussing non stop and making very sexual and aggressive comments. Unfortunately it was very obvious that the wait staff had grossly over served him and management was no where to be found. The waitress was verbally accosted and this man proceeded to threaten physical violence against other women on the patio. Using such terms at boot f@$k and curb stomp. When the manager was finally found she refused to call the police saying that the Edmonton police were to lazy to come. After over an hour of this man completely freaking out the staff finally got him to his car and let him drive home, putting every other car in ellerslie in danger. Within half an hour he drove himself back to the Brewster to fight. Many of us had to sneak out the patio to avoid him. I've never seen such gross negligence on the part of staff at an establishment. I will be talking to the aglc. I'm shocked any of these people have received their proserves.
Food wasn't anything spectacular, my gf got her order wrong, service was slow, and they gave my friend's 82 year old father a "Muffdive" as a birthday shot, usually it's a good place, maybe yesterday was a off day, and it was the wrong place to take a 82 year old for his birthday
