Great experience! Dr. Sai Sangeetha and other staff were very experienced, helpful, efficient, cooperative and professional. Definitely recommended!

Husband went in for a root canal a few years back and ended up going to another dentist with pain and turns out he has an abscess under the root canal tooth. Had to go see a specialist who said the reason this happened was because the original dentist didn't completely clean out the tooth. Sounds like he's going to need to have the tooth pulled now. When I called they didn't seem to care all that much as they said they only offer guarantees for 2-3 weeks after procedures. After reading reviews I should have never sent him to this dental office.

Here is my Wow! Story about Brightsmile Dentristry, Crowfoot, NW Calgary:

Having moved communities within Calgary and needing a new dentist, I originally sought out this office on a friend’s recommendation. I would be considered a complicated patient with a multitude of dental issues. My friend’s dentist had moved on (who nonetheless still represents the quality of dentistry you hire), so I was introduced to the practice’s new team, led by Dr. Sangeetha Karaikatte, in November 2014.

I cannot express what extraordinary examples of professionalism, modern expertise, compassion and communication abilities I experience each appointment, now totalling over 10 visits.

Dr. Karaikatte and her Front Office Manager, Ms. Aarti Pradhan, exceeded my expectations in all the above categories: and that’s saying a lot from a service-oriented, educated consumer. I might be called nit-picky, as a matter of fact.

That they embrace all sides of me – my dental, general and mental health, financial status and need for humour . . . even my India and dog loving – is extraordinary and leave me to believe I am receiving the most comprehensive, talented and personalized dentistry advice and services in Calgary possible.

Check out this office for you next dental needs. I hope they stay as a team and and I will be following them wherever their professional lives take them.

10 years ago I went to this dental clinic and was told that my back molars were being removed to make room for my wisdom teeth. NOW I just got back from seeing a specialist for an impacted wisdom tooth and told that this dental office took out three of my wisdom teeth, didn't tell me, and left this one for "someone else to deal with" .

Also I've had experiences here where I was treated like a little child and told "Be a good girl and open your mouth" when I was terrified of needles and had to take a moment to breath. They forced the needle in my mouth, I passed right out, they continued to work on my mouth even though I'd gone unconscious.

Highly unprofessional, traumatizing, and dangerous to your health.
