Brightsmile Dental Centres

By far the very worst dentist office I have ever been to. Was ripped off for $1800.00 and have never been back to any dentist since the one that worked on me at brightsmile northgate. He was having trouble putting in a crown and was throwing things on his table, getting up angry and making urg urg noises because he was getting frustrated. I was in the chair for 3 hours putting up with this, my freezing wore off and he was still trying to work on me, I would of rather been giving birth than putting up with the severe pain I was enduring. Don't give these people your credit card information because when they make a mistake and don't do a pre authroization they just put it on your credit card and you will be the one trying to get the money back. I never did receive any of the $1800.00 back that was there mistake. Do yurself a favour and go to another dentist. This happened over a year ago and I am still upset - nobody in the company wanted to deal with it, I even called their head office and they just kept passing me around. They're are other great dentist companies out their find one. It is better to go to a dentist that is not part of a series of same offices. This is a true story and want to warn anybody out there that is thinking of going to a britesmile dentist office.

molar filling done poorly as my jaw actually locked open, I panicked and forced my jaw closed,(very painful)she just stood there watching.the filling that she put in had a hole in it as i found out later! how is that possible? I had to learn how to chew on the other side,(very painful)I was overcharged big time for the first time in 20 years of going to other dentists,about a thousand dollars after trying to milk my insurance company. teeth cleaning is a joke,she spends most of the hour talking,then says you have to come in for another appointment and thinks by throwing in some dental floss that makes up for poor service.I told them later i was going to report them and she more or less said "whatever" like she couldn't care less. I hope this review makes you think twice. signed never coming back! the good reviews that i've read since on this place seem like they're made up because i know of 4 people who have been overcharged and undertreated. dont believe all the 5 stars, they are not the truth. negative 5 stars!!!!
