Great cauli-wings. I hate cauliflower but I still think the wings are the bee's knees. The burgers there are good... also, a good poutine to boot!

A great place for drinks. Not so much the food. But the drinks - and the surprises: They have an interesting crowd and rather unexpected events. Go here for a few pints after work and you might end up in the middle of a drag queen show. It's a happy place with very relaxed people. Staff is nice and they have one of the best patios in town!

Really good, reasonably priced food with excellent service. Such a fun place to relax and chat or hang out in on the weekends.

Went out with some co-workers for lunch to celebrate a birthday. We sat inside for over 10 minutes (it was absolutely empty). After ordering our drinks and food at the same time since we waited so long to order after her first visit, the server delivered some of our drinks but dumped most of them on the floor resulting in glass and beer beside our table. At this point we were thinking the server was just having an off day.. however after an hour of waiting on two burgers, chicken fingers and two salads, we had to get back to our office so most of us left. We weren't offered anything to make up for the wait or poor service. Once opening my food back at the office I found overcooked dark brown rubbery chicken strips and soggy day old looking fries, and NO dipping sauce. I'm so disappointed that i don't think i'll be back, nor will the 4 co-workers with me. it's too bad since we've been here a few times before and the service has always been a little slow but the food tasty, this experience was bad enough to just pick somewhere else for lunch next time.

So Monday Night Comedy @ Broken City is the place to be if you don't feel like staying home on Monday night. Excellent food, great drink specials, very pleasant staff and really good show! It's only 5$ at the door and it's worth every penny!

Hidden secret, really surprised there patio isn't packed for brunch. Food is delicious, all local products and home made . Very inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Hilarious comedy Monday nights! Also, best nachos I've had in a long time.

We went for the Tuesday night trivia. Being a 7pm trivia night on a weeknight we assumed it would start on time and be done by 9... since we have regular jobs. trivia didn't start until 7:45 and we were told it would go until 10:30. The questions were... I don't even know what the hell they were about. There was usually a 5 minute preamble that was barely related to the actual question. We left after 2 rounds. So if you are looking for a fun-but-not-too-late activity do not go here. The food was very good - which is why they got a star, but my drink was atrocious. Cheap vodka and super watered down. If it was $3 I wouldn't complain, but it was a regular priced drink. If you just drink beer and don't mind being out til midnight on a weeknight then this review is probably not for you, this place might be great

This place is broken.. glass on the ground in the bathroom. Used Napkins on the walls. Drawings of vaginas on the bathroom stalls. Dirty.. But at least the band Flaysher is playing and they always impress. The server is a funny guy though, haven't seen any fist fights yet, but the night is still young.
