Erin Broccolo was my representative (I believe she has since moved to a different division within the company) and provided amazing customer service! She was always helpful and responded in a timely manner.

I had an urgent matter I needed dealt with and it took them 4 days to get back to me. And when they did, I was told it was because she "had 26 phone calls" the day I'd called. I also asked a follow-up question via email with no response. Honestly, pretty bad customer service. But do I care? Not really because they are getting me some very good rates.

Terrible customer service! My broker made me feel like I was dealing with an emotionless robot. On top of being accused for "calling too many times", I was made to feel like my requests were a waste of time and after waiting over a week for a quote I finally pulled my policy with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

First contacted these guys 3 months ago for a ballpark quote on commercial liability insurance. Had some communication for the first bit while we discussed the details but I still haven't received a quote and the last time they emailed me was over a month ago.

They must work on commission if your rep is not there they are not helpful at all at first, they did get a little better.

Sarah Wishart has helped me in several matters and has gone above and beyond to give me excellent service and find me the best rates. She is definitely an asset to your team.

It was very smooth and quick to get a quote, competitive pricing and insurance set up with Cody from Godfrey Morrow. They have online documents you can sign and attach your void cheque to for direct withdrawl meaning you don't even have to go into their offices to set up your insurance. I appreciated how quick to answer my questions Cody was, he also went the extra mile to see if he could get me a better price and he did which was awesome.

This was my first time switching insurance companies, I'm a creature of habit and had never called around to get quotes before this even. Between the other companies and Cody at Godfrey there is no comparison in service. He was friendly, quick, extra helpful for my best rate and thorough in his explanations of everything. If I'd known it would be this easy to get set up with a better insurance company for less money I would have done it years ago.

Can't recommend this place enough and Cody as well if you get him helping you as well :)
