I have never had such outstanding service. Ever. Patricia was an absolute God send and saved me 1000's. I am so ever grateful. I cannot thank her enough. A million times thank you !

Horrible customer service. Luckily we haven't had to file a claim yet, but we are fearful if and when we have to. Whenever we try to contact them it takes at least 1-2 weeks for them to respond AND we have been assigned to 3 different agents over the last year. We have no idea who our agent is and we don't feel important at all. Will be looking to switch.

Called in to complain about my increase in premium. Spoke with Christine, she spent a great deal of time explaining the reason for the increase, and then took extra time to go through my policy in detail. She was able to identify a couple areas where we could save some money. In the end she reduced my premium almost enough to make up for the increase. But more importantly she showed me some features about my policies that I didn't even know were there. Definitely worth the price of the insurance with some of the extras. Christine is an awesome broker, I wish there were more people like her.

They have good customer service.
