Meet Brooklyn Kalista: Your Medicine Hat & Surrounding Real Estate Agent.
Throughout my years of real estate I have been known for my great customer service, strong attention to detail, integrity & ensuring a positive experience for every party involved within a real estate transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents & industry professionals. I am passionate about creating trust within my business, being available, being a skilled negotiator with my clients best interest at heart, keeping up to date in the industry including marketing techniques and providing an experience with a personal touch. I am a proud 2nd generation agent who has been born and raised in Medicine Hat. My father Bob Kalista, owner of Royal LePage Community Realty has been practicing and achieving in the industry for over 30 years! Since I was a young girl I have always had a keen interest in business and real estate in general, counting my dads lawn signs and trying to figure out market share. I truly love real estate, working with people, providing top-notch service and support, getting to know each of my clients and enjoy expanding on relationships while creating life long friendships. I give time back to my industry by sitting on our Medicine Hat Real Estate board currently standing as our President Elect (2016) along with being apart of and donating my time in previous years to the Medicine Hat Realtors Charitable Foundation. I look forward to continuing on with my success in the industry, while growing my passion and creating meaningful relationships.
