An energetic go getter who practices total body wellness naturally, it would be next to impossible for most people just to keep up with this overachiever. Dr. Kolbi has more life experience than meets the eye, which includes the raising of two active children. Now working into her second decade of practice after graduating at the top of her class and being named Valedictorian, Dr. Kolbi is not one to rest on her laurels. She has two amazing and talented coaches herself with whom she consults regularly! They help direct her just as she can help elevate you to a higher level. An active member of The Masters Circle & Five Star Management, Dr. Kolbi has also been deeply involved with both Peak Potentials training and Warriorsage.

Dr. Kolbi works diligently to improve her own trifecta of wellness by being fit, eating right and thinking well. She does this in many ways, including; grueling twice daily work-outs, preparing well balanced meals and packing food to take to work. Regular coaching, along with reading, CDs and podcasts are how Dr. Kolbi gets extra support in improving her mental fitness.

Whether it is growing up as a gymnast or from her days of selling books door to door to make money while in University, Dr. Kolbi is able to draw from a wealth of experiences which only serves you better. But make sure you take note of the doctor's personal philosophy. Dr. Kolbi says you can't achieve wellness without taking some time to enjoy life. She says, "The world is my playground and it's recess all the time! "
