Good local pub. No wait. Don't need reservations. Food is typical fare.

Great atmosphere, food, and service! Large selection of unique dishes, made from fresh ingredients. Underground parking is free for 1 and a half hours (at the time of this writing), but is very limited. Street parking is virtually non-existent. Definitely worth checking out if you need to get out of the rut of bigger chain restaurants.

Great lunch.... ate with picky eaters & they were very happy with quality & flavour of food. Portions were good size!
Very busy even after 1:00 pm. Friendly & efficient service. No alcoholic drinks & bill was around $60 + tip for 3. Would return anytime if I was in the area.

Unquestionably the best crispy chicken sandwich in Calgary. The bun was soft, the bacon was perfectly crispy with a bit of chew, and the chicken was extremely moist. This is one of my favourite foods to order at lunch and I have had dozens across the city, but Brown's is the best! Fries were just as good, thick and incredibly crisp, and they had malt vinegar! If all their food is this good then this may be a perfect lunch spot. Service was great as well, only minor gripe is their patio is tiny.

Decent menu. OK happy hour prices. Could be a better selection of beer.

Good old classic Brown's nice dinner with the family and delicious food I had the Potato Crusted Cod Bowl

When Brown's first opened on Elbow, it was really great food and a nice atmosphere for a chain. As of last time I visited it has gone downhill, the food was lackluster (overly salty, lacking flavor) and overpriced for what you get. Okay to hang out and grab a cheap beer though.

It can be difficult to find parking here. They have underground parking but it was completely full at 2pm when we went for a late lunch on a Thursday. The food was fantastic though. Coleslaw is usually the side that you eat so you feel good about yourself for eating something green but the coleslaw here was so good they could have given me twice as much and i still would have devoured it.
