It was time to sell our dream house and of course we turned to Bryon Howard and his team who's real estate reputation and expertise is well known in the city of Calgary. We listed our house in Killarney that had its uniquenesses and that made for a limited and specific set of buyers.
We weren't at a time, that our home must be sold as we have a condo being built and ready late next year but thought it was worth a try, so we did. Within two days of listing we had an offer on the table and was accepted right after. It was that quick and easy.

Recently we decided to move to Vancouver. Having met Shirley and Bryon at a family party ... we invited Bryon to show us what he does to sell condos. He met with us at our Spruce Cliff Condo on Hemlock Crescent and laid out 'reality' on what the Calgary Condo Market was doing. While not pretty, we decided to list at a price that we thought would attract a buyer. We got few showings in the first 30 days and eventually received an offer. Bryon has assisted in selling two of our homes in the past 5 years … in two different kind of markets. After consulting with Byron and Shirley we listed about 20k over what we we thought our house would sell for. The day we listed our home hit MLS at 2:00 pm, we had a viewing at 2:30 and an offer $2,500 over list by 4 pm. We also had 15 additonal viewings during the week and another offer.
