These guys do an excellent job everytime I come in. They leave the vehicle looking great and the service is prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Front desk staff was very friendly and obviously enjoyed what they do. For a great clean and care for your vehicle, Bubbles is a great choice.

My dear friend who speaks limited English brought her car in. And paid $349.00 for detailing. They didn't do the trunk, they finished in an hour, car was soaking wet, lint everywhere. It is shameful to take advantage of customers period. She was so upset and frustrated she was unable to communicate clearly what a poor job they did. If I can understand her you can too if u took the time. Thats outrageous to charge so much to clean a car period. You have not only lost her as a customer you lost me as well.

Awful. Picked up my car and when I got home I noticed several places they did not clean. When I phoned them to voice my concerns I spoke with the general manager Uma. He was very unhelpful. He said they guarantee their work but was unwilling to offer money back or extra services for the inconvenience. He said I could bring it back and they would rewipe the spots they missed. That was all. He was rude on the phone. He even suggested it was my fault for not upgrading my package. I can't believe this is their general manager. For how much it costs to go there I would hope they would at least do a decent job. I will not be returning there again.

This carwash is a serious waste of money. I specifically asked to have my hatch vacuumed out and was willing to pay extra. I was assured this would be done. When my car was returned I noticed it wasn't overly clean but was in a hurry as they had it for almost an hour. When I got home and checked the hatch I could see it wasn't even touched. The part that angers me the most is I called twice... once I spoke with a receptionist and the second time I left a voicemail both times leaving my number and asking for a manager to call me back. To date I have had no response from Bubbles....if you are going to pay $60 to $100 for a car wash you would think the car would look pretty damn good... Shame on you Bubbles Management for not doing your job in many aspects.

Went in with a perfectly fine car came out with a broken back wiper. When I talked to the manager he said that the car already had an existing issue. I wish I can post a picture here but the wiper's screw is rusted while the wiper is clearly broken because a pressure was applied to the wiper. I didn't get any refund or offer to pay for what they clearly damaged but I didn't even get a sorry! Never going back worse service ever would rather just wash it my car myself. A car wash that will cost me hundereds of dollars! 😡😡

We came here for a interior and exterior car wash. We have two dogs so our car takes a beating from them. They did an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. First time here but will definitely be back!

1st time at Bubbles Chinook last Saturday, 100% Satisfied with every aspect of the Ultimate Service package, definitely will be returning and highly recommend!

Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship, particularly the high level of attention to detail and ability to literally bring the interior back to looking and smelling like new in a 8 year old car. As well, the Polish/Wax service disguised a lot of imperfections/scratches on the exterior which I didn’t realize was possible.

Customer service was excellent, very straight forward, handed over my keys and they took it from there.

Car was filthy inside and out before hand, had A LOT of dog hair pretty much everywhere, dog drool and marks on all of the windows, the carpets and mats were covered in salt and mud, remnants of dropped food, drinks etc. in super hard to get to places which I was never able to properly clean, was a little embarrassed to drop it off…

Just a few hours later, it was ready for pickup, completely dry inside and out. I was very surprised with how clean it was and how good it looked and smelled!

I have a steam cleaner at home, as well as the standard car cleaning supplies to clean, buff and shine inside and out. Although it has been a long time since I have used due to the amount of time and effort required, the result from Bubbles (both interior and exterior) was in no way comparable to what I would be able to do achieve with any amount of time and effort at home, definitely worthwhile!

Was wary to try it, due to the high number of negative reviews, but we gave it a shot. Needed to have the interior detailed after a spill in the back seat. We got there at around 11am on a Saturday, and while it got busy right after we arrived, we managed to get attended to quite quickly. It's not a cheap service, but we were expecting it. They promised to have us out in no more than an hour and a half, and lo and behold, ninety minutes later (nearly to the minute), our car was ready. Now, there were some spots that hadn't been cleaned at all (under the cup holders and between the front seats, most noticeably), and we pointed this out to the person who brought us out to our car. He was reasonable and apologetic, and told us that we could come back any time within the next seven days to have those areas touched up. We don't live nearby, so we will likely not go so far out of our way for five minutes with the shop vac at home to finish the job. I can't knock their customer service simply because we're choosing not to take them up on the offer, though. It's only down a star because for the amount of time and money we invested here, I was disappointed that it wasn't done right the first time. Otherwise, we were happy with the results. The back seat spill was taken care of, and the car looks good. Their waiting area is comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were pleasant and professional.
