We had a window installed in the rear of our motorhome a few weeks ago. It was not a straight-forward job, as previously there was no window installed in the back wall. The project required creativity, a great deal of finishing work and accuracy. Shaun Roe handled all elements of this task with professionalism and craftsmanship. Great sales staff who really try to understand your RV needs and give you good information you can trust. They even offer free courses to teach you about RV basics and more by very knowledgeable staff! That's such a great added feature. Definitely recommend shopping here for an RV.

It seems now a days we hear alot more stories of poor service. I need to share about service that went over and above. My wife and I bought a new Forest River trailer in June of this year. As soon as we walked through the front door Craig Holmes came over and greeted us. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and showed us some options that may fit our criteria. We found the perfect make/model. Craig continued to impress by making us feel at ease and answering any questions we had throughout the whole sales process (which I think we can all agree can sometimes be a bit overbearing and aggressive). In closing the sale Craig said anytime we had a question or issue just call him and he would help us with whatever we needed. I blew it off at the time as I had heard that one before. Turns out Craig is there for whatever you need even after the deal is done or he's gone home for the day. We had dropped the trailer off at Bucars for warranty work and they accidentally cut the power cable when they parked it in the loading lot. Craig came from his house and serviced our trailer (not his job title) after hours so that we could enjoy our long weekend. Thanks Craig for going over and above to make sure we were looked after. I would definitely recommend Bucars and specifically Craig Holmes if you're thinking about a new RV or trailer. 5 star experience through and through

Keith, our sales person was very knowledgeable, regarding the various products, which made deciding on the particular motorhome an easy choice.. Linda and Paul, in the finance department were extremely helpful in helping us with the best options for the finalizing purchase.. Plus in the parts and service section, everyone was extremely helpful..

I would like to thank Linda at Bucars for her over and beyond service. We were looking for a replacement trailer and she was very helpful at trying to find us an exact model. Though we had not been able to do that, not due to Linda, but due to my checklist. She went over and beyond and helped me with a warranty question that I had. I would recommend that you check out this location and chat with Linda, she will help you and provide you with the greatest customer service. You are in good care with her.

Excellent experience with our trailer to date. We just recently purchased a new 25' vibe extreme lite trailer. The sales staff were knowledgeable and didn't pressure. Upon taking possession JC in the parts/service department has been extremely helpful with all of our questions. Overall it has been a great experience and we are confident that if any issues arise in the future Bucars will help us address the issues

I purchased a sportsman travel trailer last year from Bucars, the buying of the trailer was great I would rate that part of the experience a 5 star. Unfortunately since I was delivered this trailer, it has not been a great experience. My very first camping trip I did with the trailer, I find out at the camp site that I was missing the connection to the outside stove, also when I went to open the propane tanks for propane flow, I noticed that the lines from the propane tanks were severely cracked. At the site I had to ask a fellow camper to lend me a connection to the outside stove. I was very embarrassed having to do that. I contacted Bucars about this experience, they did get me a connection and replaced the propane lines after our camping trip. After that I had more problems, had to take my trailer multiple times for things inside(trim problem) to be replaced. This last time I had to take it in to get more trim warranty problems fixed. At the same time I thought I would get them to install a ladder on my new trailer. This was done January 2017. We are now a week away from may long weekend and they have not called me or repaired anything on it. I was never kept informed about anything. I had to constantly be calling the service department for updates. Now I find out, that they have not installed the ladder as requested. They have waited till the last moment to figure out wether or not they are able to install the ladder. I own a vehicle repair shop, if I was to perform my customers this kind of service I would not be in business. This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I was under the impression that Bucars pride themselves in customer satisfaction, so far I have only received disappointment from them. I still have not received my trailer and I need to repack the bearings before we go on our trip. Not happy at all with Bucars.

I can't say enough about what a great experience we've had with Bucars. Our salesman David has been excellent every step of the way. Happy camping from here on in, thanks Bucars for such excellent service.
